    I have been a very loyal Clarins customer for years. However some of their products were just not working anymore. I contacted their head office in Canada. I asked if I could exchange these unused products for something that I would use. I sent the required info and they told me to pick the new items, which I did. Well when Clarins received my unused products they refused to exchange them and gave me a list of questionable reasons. So much for their word. Waste of time and TERRIBLE service.
