    I used to get Shari's Berries for my birthday every year since 2015 and sometimes on Mother's Day. Last year I told my parents to stop buying them because they had gotten worst. Half the chocolate covered strawberries were rotten and the orders stopped arriving on time and when tried calling them and the customer service sucked. Shari's Berries just became a waste of money. They started out great but now they are just hit or miss,
    I ordered Sharis berries for my sisters birthday to be delivered on her birthday. I was told they would be delivered and after multiple calls with customer service where they lied and told me that they had attempted a delivery, when my sister was home all day, they sent me a note and told me that they had reached capacity for the day, and the berries would not be delivered until the following day. Too late and totally disappointed! Not worth their price! Service Value Shipping Quality
    I have sent Shari's Berries chocolate-covered strawberries to my son and daughter for Valentine's Day for a few years now. My daughter didn't want to hurt my feeling but this year finally asked me not to send any more... she says they are always on their way to rotten and taste fermented. I wish I'd known a few years ago, but at least now I know to avoid this site. Very disappointed, especially for the exorbitant price I've been paying.
    This company, I believe, lies to customers about delivery practices. When I didn't get my berries, they offered 1/2 a refund! Why should I pay for something I didn't receive? The berries finally arrived, 8 days late - rotten and smelling disgusting. It's sad that they are, I'm sure, knowingly taking money from people for inedible product.     Shari's Berries has been charging me $32.43 a year for the last several years even though I canceled their services in 2021. They didn't even send me a confirmation email to notify me of these charges. When I tried to address the issue they apologized and said they wouldn't do it again.
