I would make it NO stars but you have to select a star to write a review. I purchased a pair of sweat pants and a Jean shirt. I went home and the sweat pants had a hole in it and the Jean shirt had the alarm tag still on it. I thought, no big deal. I have the receipt! I went to the store in Braintree mail. (That is where I purchased it) I was told the shirt was not on the receipt, as if I stole it. I said I purchased this 2 days ago. The women said I was unable to keep the shirt because I did not pay for it. (Keep in mind I am a black women) another black women walked over and LOOKED at the receipt and said she did purchase it, the screw number is on the receipt. Then they said I could not exchange the sweat pants because it had an hole in it. I said I purchased it like that. They would not allow me to exchange. I asked to speak to a manager and they called her. She said the same thing. I explained if that is their policy then they need to check clothes out because allowing people to purchase. Long story short. I had to keep the pants that had a hole in it! I will never go to this store again. Tried them on at home due to fitting rooms still closed to Covid-19 (2 years ago). I took tags off and washed them. After washing them realized one pair had a hole just under the belt loop. The other seems alright still so as I put them on the whole zipper broke off! I went in about a week later (after purchase date) to explain what happened they said they can't return them at all cuz tags were taken off. I normally always buy my Jean from here but I will not be anymore. The lady upfront was rude and didn't even say sorry for the inconvenience just look at me with a blank face till I walked away.
