Purchased a food item from vine.com (vine market) through Amazon. Item was stated in two different places on website to be for a "case of 6". When item arrived, there was only one in the box. Contacted Vine to request the remaining 5 pkgs that were missing. Vine told me that there was an error on the page I purchased it from and that it was only supposed to read that it was for a "case of 1" not "6". Even though there was a web page error on their part, they refused to send me the remaining 5 pkgs that I ordered. I have spoken to 3 different supervisors/managers at the company and no one was able to fix the problem and send me what I ordered. I guess they care more about saving a few dollars than accepting responsibility for a mistake on their end and making it right for their customers. Date of experience: July 19, 2016Received $90 worth of food bars - was promised 2 day or less expedited shipping. Since they were chocolate covered and it is the middle of summer, I figured they WOULD be shipped 2 days or less AND would have cool paks included (like every other company I've ordered them from) - well, ended up taking 8 days, they travelled across the entire country (Pennsylvania to California), desert included and arrived completely ruined from the heat. I have contacted customer service THREE times, along with sent them photos of what the bars looked like when they arrived AND completed the "pointless" survey they sent me about my purchase experience and STILL not ONE response or reply.
