For a few products you can be slightly more expensive but it is made up with customer service and ease of ordering, designing etc.I think the only issue with your service is the price. On other websites the exact same item can be usually had for as much as $6 less. (not buying in bulk) You do get what you pay for though, mainly in the shipping. Other website will be cheaper but shipping can be as much as 2 months. Custom ink got me something i designed on the website in 1 week without expensive shipping which is super epic.
