I purchased a few items from their website and paid an extra $10 for 3-day shipping. I'm not sure if they just completely ignored that or what, but I am scheduled to receive my order in 200% of the time (6 days). I only live 5 hours from their headquarters, so it's not like they had to ship it very far either. Normal USPS mail would arrive in 3 days from their location. Come to find out each time I tried it was holding money from my account in case I finished my order. Thus charging me 5 times. I called on Friday and the customer service rep told me it would only hold my money for 24 hours. On Saturday I called again and they told me up to 48 hours. Monday I called again and they said 3-5 BUSINESS days (very rude, she told me I could do what ever I wanted, but would have to wait for their system to unfreeze my money).
