Upon receiving my pendant, I noticed the circle around the center stone was bent, and the pendant did not have a 14 K stamp marking on it. I called my concerns in and the sales person told me that he would email me the address to send it back so they can address, the issues. To this date, they still have not sent me that email address but yet continue to send me emails to purchase more products and to review my past product. At this point it is a lesson learned. I did a lot of search and here was the only way I could get exactly what she wanted. One minor issue is that it got delivered at the last possible date of the original window and only because I reached out and asked them to not engrave it and ship it asap, which means it is not engraved now. The item was not being shipped by the promise date. I asked and was given the option of forgo the engraving to get it shipped on time. Given this was an anniversary gift, I did it, but now it's not engraved and I would need to pay our of pocket to engrave. All the help was awesome, I would have expected to get some help/discount/partial refund for this. But Allurez customer service people were kind and I have already recommended you to several of my friends and my son (who is looking for an engagement ring). They were wonderful when I was finally able to communicate with them. The customer service email didn't work well. The texting system for customer support was much better. In fact, I don't think I would have received the ring on time (it came the very day I needed to present it) if I had to rely only on email. Reason I chose this product: Because of the simplicity of assembling the ring I wanted, rather than others that don't give that flexibility. I wanted a larger conflict-free diamond. The ring needed to include rubies. Allurez' system makes it so simple WITHOUT ADDITIONAL COSTS for customizing the ring. The variety of options is much greater with Allurez, and the ability to choose and swap stones was ultimately what may me decide to go with them. The price was obviously competitive as well.
