    Website is misleading: - Shows items (In Stock), but its misleading because its not a real representation. - I purchased an item and received a "Thank You for your order email", without copy of invoice or order number (luckily I had a screenshot of when I submitted order). This is important because without it there is no way to follow up your order or claim. - When you go to order status, information is vague, invoice is not even present. Customer Service - Contacted through website, never got a response. - Never answered calls. Purchase two items, three weeks later no shipping information received.     I ordered a part after talking to one of their employees.When it arrived it was wrong part. I have been trying for 2 months to get return address with nothing but we are experiencing high volume of emails, no replies. Tried calling still on hold.     It has now been three months since ive placed my order and still no product and its almost impossible to get anyone to respond. Now if I do get a response all I get is an automated response "we are sorry, due to global supply issues" ive spoke with people that have ordered parts elsewhere with no issues on orders. You would think a company that is owned by Hoonigan would be a reputable company but I beginning to think this is just a reflection of the brand in a whole.     I placed an order 3/11/2023 for Poison Spyder Rocker Knocker Steps. They charged my credit card and I have never received the steps. The order status on line says processing. The most frustrating thing is they are unreachable. I have sat on hold several times for over an hour each time with no answer. I also sent 5 emails which have gone unanswered.     Ordered an awning with room. 12v plug for the awning LED was broken upon arrival. Replied to order email, which is an option to contact the company. Followed up twice, no response. Tried calling, was on hold for over 15 min twice and never spoke to anyone. Used customer contact form on their website and never received a response. There is no customer service with this company.     I placed an order about a month ago now for a set of "Toyo Open Country R/T" tires and after weeks of waiting for my order I got no update on any processing, nor a tracking number. The moment I hit purchase my money was gone and doesn't seem like its coming back any time soon. After countless days and hours trying to get through to their customer service, I ended up having to call corporate to actually speak to a real person. I was told my order will not be coming for the next 9-12 months if that. I requested a refund which was said to take 6-10 days to complete. Very disappointed with my experience, the website does state its experiencing some delays after you hit purchase (no prior notice) and doesn't specify that you're going to need to wait another year to receive what you purchased...     I ordered a brake line on June 7. My card was charged immediately, and I received a confirmation of order with a message stating to allow 1-3 business for tracking information to appear. It is now June 27th, and I still do not have part. I have tried calling with no answer (left a voicemail explaining my issue and requesting a call back, which I never received), I sent 2 emails requesting an update, which were never answered, and finally sent an email 5 days ago requesting a refund which also has not been answered. I was able to order a brake line from Summit, received it in 3 days and saved $24, while receiving email updates from them at every step. Save your money and shop elsewhere...any where else.     Ordered some parts and a pair of gloves. Gloves came in 2 weeks and still no parts. I email them to ask for update and I still haven't heard from them it's been 2 months. I email 4wp 2 times a week. Stay away. No dimensions in descriptions, no size guides,shipping slow, they dont stay up to date on items not in stock or on backorder. Just a shady online store.     Sent me an incorrect part. Spent two weeks trying to get a return authorization including being on hold fir over 2 and a half hours. When I finally got a representative they told me that a return label along with an email confirmation would be sent. Never happened. I'm out $95 I also sent sever emails and they never responded. And if you try to leave a negative review on their website they reject it. A joke of an organization. Please don't waste your time with these frauds.     Placed a order 7/12/22. Never received a part. Every time you contact customer service you can expect several hours of waiting. Emailing is worthless as you dont get a response in under a week. Long story short is I paid $17.74 cents. Got refunded $8.32 by complaining like hell for many weeks and received nothing. Why don't you try an order and see if you get better results.     I have worked in home improvement sales off and on for 30 years so I'm familiar with customer service. I am a newbie to the jeep world and never realized the magnitude of merchandise I've seen so far. I have never experienced the lack of customer service and care in my life. My failed experiences trying to order a bikini top and trying to communicate with them about my order was unpleasant unprofessional disappointing to say the least. I placed my order to find out that it had been canceled with no explanation or contact at all. After numerous attempts to contact 4wp to find out what happened I have decided to take my business someplace else. Before I go I just wanted to give a heads up and tell you to watch your back and stay alert if you order from them to make sure everything is correct and don't give them the opportunity to give you the run around. If you let them they would and that just not good customer service. Tip for consumers:I ordered a bikini top and a short time later I noticed in my bank website that the money was withdrawn and and then the order was canceled without a reason. In doing this back to back the money never actually transferred so no refund was nesseccary. Following this I emailed to find the reason and never heard a single response..through out this whole ordeal I still wanted to order a top so I've decided to buy from another supplier.     As they will not publish a review on there own site, which I understand, I will just share it everywhere else. This company does not stock any parts. Everything is dropped shipped. After ordering products one comes back as out of stock, which I got, and one back ordered, which I did not as of writing this review. I have spent over 4 and a half hours on the phone with them to only be told "too bad, there is nothing we can or will do" and I have yet to receive the item nor will they cancel that item and refund my money. Here I sit waiting with no other recourse other than to post these reviews. Do not buy from these people. I am a one and done with them! Tip for consumers:Dont!     If I could give zero stars, I would. Based on other reviews, I see this is a common thread with this company. I'm not sure how anyone still orders from them. I ordered some tail lights online on 12/12/22. They showed in stock. Well, two weeks later, I still do not have them and have only received an email stating that they are being shipped by the manufacturer. When I call the store, I'm told that I need to call corporate. Guess what happens when you call corporate? Either no one is available to take the call or their office is closed. How convenient. Of course, they didn't waste any time charging my credit card.     Ordered over $1,000 in parts online over 2 months ago and still waiting. I had to follow up with them, every few weeks, they do not advise of the hold up, or seem to care if your order ever gets shipped. Once they have your money they don't care.     Bought a $98 part. My card was charged immediately. I get an email saying they don't know when it's going to be shipped. Emailed back telling them to credit my card until it ships. Ignored. Called on the phone. 15 minutes to get through to someone. I told b them the story and they responded they would take care of it immediately. Put me back on hold for over an hour. Finally hung up.     I ordered some fender flares that said they would fit my vehicle, they didn't fit. They cost over $300 and the company won't pay shipping to return them, and might charge me for arrival shipping, and possibly a restocking fee. So now I have spent over $62 to send them back so far, and have no product. The website was totally misleading and incorrect about the part fitting my year, make, and model of vehicle.     What a great experience we these folks on 82nd ave. I came in early Saturday morning with my Amp Research running boards that I purchased in 2018 from another distributor thinking I was going to replace them because the passenger side was stuck in the down position. Kevin spent almost 45 minutes cleaning and adjusting the steps and got them running perfectly! When I asked him how much he said no charge!
