    It has now been three months since ive placed my order and still no product and its almost impossible to get anyone to respond. Now if I do get a response all I get is an automated response "we are sorry, due to global supply issues" ive spoke with people that have ordered parts elsewhere with no issues on orders. You would think a company that is owned by Hoonigan would be a reputable company but I beginning to think this is just a reflection of the brand in a whole.     I placed an order 3/11/2023 for Poison Spyder Rocker Knocker Steps. They charged my credit card and I have never received the steps. The order status on line says processing. The most frustrating thing is they are unreachable. I have sat on hold several times for over an hour each time with no answer. I also sent 5 emails which have gone unanswered. Time to file a claim with my credit card company. I will never use them again.
    Sent me an incorrect part. Spent two weeks trying to get a return authorization including being on hold fir over 2 and a half hours. When I finally got a representative they told me that a return label along with an email confirmation would be sent. Never happened. I'm out $95 I also sent sever emails and they never responded. And if you try to leave a negative review on their website they reject it. A joke of an organization. Please don't waste your time with these frauds.     Ordered a Clutch just before Thanksgiving. I ordered the wrong one. I called to return it, cannot get through, followed the instructions they give on the recorded message on how to do a return. Filled out the paper shipped it back second week of December. No refund cannot get through on the phone emailed three weeks ago no response.     Ordered an awning with room. 12v plug for the awning LED was broken upon arrival. Replied to order email, which is an option to contact the company. Followed up twice, no response. Tried calling, was on hold for over 15 min twice and never spoke to anyone. Used customer contact form on their website and never received a response. There is no customer service with this company.     Website is misleading: - Shows items (In Stock), but its misleading because its not a real representation. - I purchased an item and received a "Thank You for your order email", without copy of invoice or order number (luckily I had a screenshot of when I submitted order). This is important because without it there is no way to follow up your order or claim. - When you go to order status, information is vague, invoice is not even present. Customer Service - Contacted through website, never got a response. - Never answered calls. Purchase two items, three weeks later no shipping information received. Since unable to contact had to go through paypal dispute to get my money back. Buy somewhere else...
    Ordered some parts and a pair of gloves. Gloves came in 2 weeks and still no parts. I email them to ask for update and I still haven't heard from them it's been 2 months. I email 4wp 2 times a week. Stay away. No dimensions in descriptions, no size guides,shipping slow, they dont stay up to date on items not in stock or on backorder. Just a shady online store.     Tried ordering a part for my top and it took them over a month to send me the wrong part. Couldn't reach anyone on the phone unless I waited 1-2 hrs on hold.     My last purchase from them was my worse one yet. Always been pretty satisfied when dealing with them until now. I ordered a lift kit and wheels which came came quick and in perfect shape. But when I ordered them I was told everything I would need would be there. Kit did not have sway bar drop brackets, and wheels required new lug nuts neither one a big deal until your truck isn't drivable. The wheels I ordered from them before all came with lug nuts, I assumed these would. Just wish they would have told me, so I could have ordered them...
    Placed a order 7/12/22. Never received a part. Every time you contact customer service you can expect several hours of waiting. Emailing is worthless as you dont get a response in under a week. Long story short is I paid $17.74 cents. Got refunded $8.32 by complaining like hell for many weeks and received nothing. Why don't you try an order and see if you get better results. I have been trying for 2 months to get return address with nothing but we are experiencing high volume of emails, no replies. Tried calling still on hold.     Four wheel parts is very good at taking your order taking your money and taking your time. I ordered my truck bed cover prior to my new truck being delivered to my home. It was in the box for several months before I unwrapped the box, and installed it in my new truck. The truck bed cover looked nice until the metal shroud holding the bed liner was damaged per the video. I started a claim, sent picture and it took over a month for a reply and they said " to bad it's been to long since my purchase to claim. I made numerous numerous attempts to call the customer service, but sat on the phone for over a half an hour for them, 4 separate times, plus three emails, to only been given the option of leaving them a voice message which they would get back to you, and that never happened they never got back to me. Then they sent a rude email saying they weren't gonna do anything about 4 wheel parts dented product they sent me. It sat in a box in my garage unopened and unmoved.     I had a five month lead time on an ARB bumper which was shipped missing all hardware. Multiple calls to service department with 30 min. Plus holds. Each time I talked with customer service they couldn't help get the parts needed to fulfil the order and placed me back on hold to supposedly transfer to another department.     I have read the reviews regarding poor customer service and wish I had done so BEFORE doing business with 4WP. Never again. The experiences described by these reviewers are exactly what I experienced. Lousy customer service, didn't return calls, refused to work with me, didn't acknowledge cracking my windshield even though the 'pre-work inspection' didn't have any notes of it being dropped off that way.     On 12/27/22 I order parts totaling over $3700. Never received an order status so emailed their Customer "Service" department. Received no response after several days so I emailed them daily for three days before someone responded to say the product was out of stock with no ETA. I decided to wait rather than start the entire process elsewhere. After another week with no response, I asked for another update. No response after another another three days so I have asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. Customer Service is nonexistent with this company but the worst part is, they show no interest in improving or retaining customers. They simply don't care. My best advice is to not bother - look elsewhere. The extra cost is worth the aggravation of no product or response.

    What a great experience we these folks on 82nd ave. I came in early Saturday morning with my Amp Research running boards that I purchased in 2018 from another distributor thinking I was going to replace them because the passenger side was stuck in the down position. Kevin spent almost 45 minutes cleaning and adjusting the steps and got them running perfectly! When I asked him how much he said no charge! I am a customer for life and will recommend these guys to all of my friends. Thanks!
    Bought a $98 part. My card was charged immediately. I get an email saying they don't know when it's going to be shipped. Emailed back telling them to credit my card until it ships. Ignored. Called on the phone. 15 minutes to get through to someone. I told b them the story and they responded they would take care of it immediately. Put me back on hold for over an hour. Finally hung up. Now I have to contact my credit card company to reverse the charges for these crooks. Complete pieces of $#*!

    Tried to buy a tonneau cover from the Loveland Colorado store and they wold have to order it. So i said I would order it online. Placed the order and it immediately came out of my CC. About an hour later I get an email stating they were canceling my order because it is on back order. They also claim it will take 10 days to go back on my card.
