    DO NOT ORDER ANY ink from this company! On April 16,2024, I ordered $78.00 worth of inkjet cartridges that they never sent. It is now May 5,2024. I called customer service twice, was put on hold for 20 mins. Until the phone went dead on their end, never able to talk with someone. I also sent three email messages to customer service about why my order was never fulfilled and never got a response to any of them. BUT of course, they charged my credit card for the full amount. This is fraud plain and simple. I have since had my credit card company cancel the charge and I will never order from this company ever again!     Ordered ink and had a delivery date of 5-7 days. 2 weeks later it finally arrived, too late for the job I needed to do. I returned the ink and 3 months and 4 phone calls later, still no refund! Calling my credit card company to report fraud! Any money you think you will save by dealing with these people will just be wasted!     Has this company gone out of business and taken my money? I ordered ink cartridges on March 12. The turn around time was quoted as 5 days. It is April 3 and I have no ink. I have called the customer service number 6 times and they always say no one is available to take your call.     I ordered on March 6th and still have not received it. They took the money out of my account already. I called Customer Service and after 5 min on hold they throw you into voicemail every time.     Ordered a cartridge for my HP printer the cartridge comes up as unusable and blocked by HP. It comes with instructions to override it, but does not work.     After ordering ink cartridges a little over a week ago, I called yesterday to ask about shipping because I hadn't heard anything and was informed that the product was not available for shipping for at least two more weeks. This is totally unacceptable. A company should not be able to sell something that they don't 21 have in stock without giving the customer an opportunity to make the decision on whether they want to wait on the product.     I have been buying my ink cartridges from this place before the pandemic. Due to pandemic they closed down the retail outlet. Recently I placed an order through the website. They sent me the wrong cartridge. When I opened the box I realized it does not match my MFC device. I went to exchange the cartridge they had a closed signed on the door. When I called the 800 number they said if the box is open I cannot return it. So I had to buy the cartridge again along with the shipping charges.     I placed my order on July 16th and received confirmation of the order. A week went by and the ink had not arrived so I checked the website and it indicated the order was in progress. I waited another week and the order had the same status so I reached out to customer support. They said the ink was on back order and they should have it in 1 to 2 weeks. I reached out again after another week and a reply was received a couple days later stating it was still on back order. I replied and asked for a full refund since I had to purchase the ink locally. A couple days later they replied and said it was too late for a refund as the ink had just shipped...but did offer to initiate a return once I received the ink. Five(5) days later the ink finally arrived! I learned my lesson and will not order from 4inkjets again.     After I left a review on their site and on here, they contacted me via email to say someone would be contacting me to correct the matter. That was 2 months ago, and I have not heard from anyone. The cartridges the rep told me I could order and use my refund amount, they sent me a bill for the cartridges. So as of today 3/25/2024, I have not received the replacement cartridges nor my refund.     I have been purchasing toner cartridges from this company for several years and I have loved the service and quick responses. However, I purchased some toner cartridges in 2022 and it has taken me two years to get a refund. I have called and spoke with several people over the span of these 2 years and all of them have promised me my refund and nothing has happened. Today, while I am typing this review, I am on the phone with them and instead of getting a refund, I have asked them to send me two new, not refurbished toner cartridges to equal up to my refund. I was told that my refund is $40 dollars less than I was told a few months ago. This is highly unacceptable and very disappointing. I have referred many people to this company, and now I am notifying everyone I told that they should use another company, because the customer service has gone down, you are either on hold forever or you leave a message and it may be weeks before someone calls you back. I just finished my call, and I was told it was approved to place an order to equal up to my lower refund rate. So, after 2 years, several customer service agents and multiple phone calls to this company, I hope to finally receive replacement cartridges, since I could not get a refund for money that was owed back to me and I'm still being cheated out of $40 dollars. I will never, ever use this company again and if anyone asks me about it I will go in great details to tell them about the horrific customer service and return fiasco.     These guys have become a joke. It took over a week just to get an answer on when my order would be shipped. Then, one of the products was on backorder, still haven't received it after 3 weeks. To top things off, their ink cartridges jammed up two of my printers to the point the printers are now unusable. They are refusing to refund my order or pay for the damage to my printers.     I have no idea why my company still uses xerox printers rather than the new HP or Dell offerings because it is impossible to find toner refills for such an obsolete company. This website still has xerox toners and they are at a good price and yes ever cheaper than Dell or HP. I guess maybe that is why xerox is still in business. I would buy from 4inkjets again.     I rarely write negative reviews unless they are definitely warranted and this is one of those times. In December of 2022, I incorrectly ordered 2 inkjet cartridges for my printer from 4 inkjets. I emailed 4inkjets (which by the way is also LD Products Ink) to inquire about a return. Customer service was helpful at first and gave me the necessary information for the return. I promptly sent the return in the 1st week of January via UPS. After many months of emails back and forth stating they did not receive the cartridges I finally received an email on June 1st, confirming they received the ink and that I would receive a refund of $15.13. Today I called to re-order the correct cartridges. I was then told the refund amount was configured incorrectly. It $3.00 and change less than I was quoted. I decided to go ahead and place my order to receive the refund. As I was completing the order the Customer service rep told me that there would be a $5.99 shipping fee. I kindly asked to have the fee waived in good faith as it has taken 6 months to get this resolved. CS rep conferred with Supervisor and but they were unwilling to do so. Even though the amount of this transaction is a minimal amount, the lack of service and the time it took for me to get this resolved was unacceptable. I have used them for many years, but after this encounter, I will no longer recommend them to anyone. On a positive note, I will say that the customer representative I spoke to today was very polite, but her hands were tied.     The customer service people are friendly and seem to have a helpful attitude on the phone. That's the best that I can say about this company. I spent $60 on 3 black ink cartridges and 6 color cartridges. Three of the six color cartridges are faulty: my printer does not recognize them. In the first few days of August, I called the company. The very nice and helpful customer service person told me that the company would replace the cartridges and to wait for return authorization and envelopes to be sent to me. On August 20, I received an email detailing this coming shipment. Today is September 7. I have received nothing in the mail.     We ordered cartridges in November 2021, order was lost -- the company was too cheap to overnight or even two-day deliver them, after the order was lost by their vendor -- horrible customer service response for a situation that could have been rectified with an overnight or 2-day delivery -- won't get the cartridges until the end of December.     I ordered a 4 pak of cartridges. After 3 weeks, i got one cartridge in the mail. Called and they send would send the rest of the order that day. Wrong, took two day for them to write up another order. Send me a message with a tracking number that could not be opened. A couple days later i received a another cartridge in the mail that was for a different printer than mine-and was under a different order number. Numerous emails have gone unaswered.     I will not be doing any more business with 4inkjets.com I purchased a fusier for my Lexmark TS652DN on 09-07-2018. Upon arrival, I found out that it did not fit my printer. I called their customer service number and was told that I can't return the product. I emailed their customer service and was told the same thing. Yes, it was my fault for not checking all the numbers, but if I had known they have a "no return" policy I would not have ordered from them. They did not mention their return policy during the checkout process, they did not mention it on their invoice they emailed me, and nothing in the box when I received it.     "Buyer's Be Ware" Do not order from 4inkjets.com! I ordered replacement cartridges on December 6th, 2022, NEVER received a tracking number or return call regarding my order and forget calling to resolve any and/or all issues. No one ever answers and after about 20 minutes you are asked to leave a voicemail which is never returned. This company will debit your bank account immediately and after that platform you never hear from them ever. I would encourage this company with the following: "Tend the garden that you have seeded...Honor your customers request when resolutions/issues are needed and you'll never have to be untruthful with inaccurate excuses by looking the other way. "DO NOT EVER PLACE ORDERS BY WAY IF 4INKJET.COM." "THIEVES HAVE NO CONSCIOUSNESS OR REGARD FOR THEIR CULPABILITY." Wished that there was a zero for rating nevertheless; "TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONS."
