Ordered online and never received it. Asked for refund but shopko is dragging their heels. They have to investigate first. Just look up tracking number and it shows package is lost.No customer satisfaction service at all. Mean business minded fake people and website. Did a mistake trying this site. No one try it unless willing to make a loss..This is the worst site & worst products. Please read the return policy before adding to the cart. I bought 1200 rupees worth saree & it wont cost more than 100. Trust me you will hate it!On Black Friday I ordered a item from ShopKo on line. Followed all the directions and submitted the order. When it came to shipping options one of them was free shipping if the item was picked up t the store. Of course i chose that one thinking that when the order came in I would go pick it up. On Sunday I received an e-mil saying the order had been cancelled. Why, I called customer service and was told the store ran out of the item? What, I thought the item would be shipped to the store, I would be notified it was in and go get it. The customer service rep said ShopKo no longer delivers to the store and if the store doesn't have it in stock the order wont be filled. I then just asked they ship it to me and I would pay shipping. I was told they could do that but that I would be charged the non-sale price because Black Friday sales were closed. I checked my bank-account and found that the purchase charge was still pending. I'll watch it to see if it is reversed. I wont order on line from ShopKo again or ever shop with them again. Don't order from ShopKo on line counting on them to deliver that Christmas present you were counting on giving to some one. It may never come and they are not compelled to make it right. Customer service ethic is less than acceptable.I ordered something off of shopko.com and was delivered on May 12. But I was not home that weekend and the package was left outside my door. When I got home I couldn't find the package and asked my neighbor if they had received my package but they didn't get anything and they said there was a package outside 2 days ago before I returned home. So I called shopko customer service and told them the situation and what the neighbor had said but it seemed like they didn't believe me. The customer service said they would have to talk to the person that delivered the package and it would take up to 14 days to resolve the issue. Then I asked about getting a refund instead of waiting 14 days but they couldn't do a refund. I asked to talk to a supervisor and apparently there wasn't one on duty, what a surprise. They said a supervisor will call me 24 to 42 hours. Either way I have to wait to get my refund or my package. Do not waste your money or time by ordering from shopko.I'm a frequent shopko shopper. So I decided to order some gifts online. I made a large purchase and waited anxiously for my package to arrive. When it did I opened to find a box full of clothes and random items I DID NOT ORDER! This was someone else's order! I immediately called customer service. I wanted the items I ordered. The man on the phone informed me I could replace my order and "wait" for my money to be returned after I sent back the box full of someone else's stuff. The only Problem was almost all the items I ordered were sold out and could not be ordered again. So I canceled all together a new order and wanted my money back of course. I sent their box back. Month later I still had not recieved a refund. Luckily I had a tracking number and name of when the box I sent back was delivered because when I called customer service back AGAIN they informed me they never recieved any package from me returning the items that I never ordered in the first place. I gave them the code saying it was delivered and then finally 2 days later I recieved My refund! What a cluster f! Never again..I actually like this site. It has so great deals on everything home and clothing. I would recommend to others.
