The size chart on the website is misleading so that I ended up ordering the shoes one size bigger than I expected. I contacted customer service. They only allow me to return and ask me to order a new pair, which means I need to pay another $40 for shipping and customs. It doesn't worth to order a new pair when the costs of the shoes is $150. You need to pray that they send you the right shoes or else you take the costs of their mistake. I knew the risks before buying from sites like Giglio (Cettire is a similar platform). But I was saving around $250-$300 compared to the next best price for my Stone Island jacket so I took the risk. My coat arrived in perfect condition and passed the Certilogo authenticity check. So far I'm 2/2 in successful purchases from these online stores and if the discount is big enough I will be going for #3.
