I ordered a curtain valance on 7/17, my card was charged right away. Now 12 days later I have not received product and there is no information when I try to track it. I get a message that the order is unknown. No response to my email inquiries, and phone menu sent me to accounting with an auto message instructing me to leave a message. Forget this store! I should have checked the reviews before ordering. I don't expect to get my item or my money back!Nicest young gals working in their and so enjoyable to talk to. Ive gotten alot from this store that they gave me a personal members card since i get so much lol there bath products are greatOrdered curtains mid-December. Products showed din stock shipping in 5 days. Credit card was charged immediately. Contacted seller after 7 days. Told there was a problem and the items wouldn't be shipped until mid-February. Customer rep tried talking me into pricier products in different colors. Said I would wait for my original order. Contacted seller again February 14th, was told there was still a problem and the items wouldn't be available until end of March. Immediately asked for a refund. Haven't heard from seller or received my refund and it's been 12 days. I would suggest that you avoid this merchant.Worst online service ever. Wait, what service? Ordered items, items were of poor quality, returned items. Never got a credit, email wasn't answered and near impossible to get a live person on the phone. I'm very disappointed. Tomorrow I will take it up with my credit card company and get a refund. Save yourself the hassle, do not shop on their site.Stick with bed bath and beyond... if you use their 20% off coupon you can beat the prices on this website.I ordered merchandise from bedbathstore.com. The quality was bad and I wanted to return the merchandise and ask some questions. There website has a customer service e-mail for questions, etc. I sent several e-mails and did not get one response. There website also had a customer service number. After several attempts I finally was able to talk with a live person. I returned the merchandise as instructed and it's been 6 weeks and have not had a credit issued to my account. The postal tracking service deliverd it within 3 days, I've called and e-mailed since and no replies even though they state on their voice mail to leave and message and they will respond. This is the worst website ever.BedBathStore has some deals but a lot of its products are not that much cheaper than Waltmart or Target. So I'd check this site (like I did) but at this point it's not my go-to. Not quite as nice as Bed Bath and Beyond, but cheaper.
