I have made my order 19/01/25 and still is not shipped! All the products were available.They sent me an email and said they waiting the courier.?
I asked them to return my money and still no answer.
I am afraid is a scam.

Date of experience: February 10, 2025Do not buy from this company, I haven't received the product for over 1 month and the CS are not helping, just keep asking me to wait without any follow up action! I am so disappointed with my first purchase!
Tip for consumers:Do not buy from this company, i just had a very bad experience with this company. I haven't received the product for more than 1 month and sent several emails to ask for help but the CS just simply replied me to keep waiting. Now, I still cannot receive the product and don't know what can i do. They are not helpful and no way to complain about this situation. I tried to write a review but they deleted my comment.

Date of experience: January 14, 2025I ordered a jacket in "small." I am a small or extra small size. The jacket arrived a month later and might fit a 9-year-old. The shoulders are 12 inches across. See photo. I wrote customer service about returning it for a refund. I was told to take photos with a yardstick. I did. Nine days later, I have not heard from them. Do not buy products from this Yesstyle!
Tip for consumers:I tried to return the jacket for a refund. I was told to send photos of the jacket next to a measuring tape. I did that. I have heard nothing back in a week.
Products used:A jacket, but I could not use it because would only fit a nine-year-old child.

Shipment time always long and it's the only online shopping site that didn't cover local VAT in advance and ask us(consumer) to pay in advance and then get a refund later.
As for customer service, I can only rate it at 3. As I asked for product replacement, feedback time/response time always longer than one week.
Overall. If you could find other website for shipping Korean /Japanese beauty brands, don't use them.

They will make anything up to make shipping slow and even if your order has not been shipped they won't issue a refund. And because I got Pay Pal involved in the issue they are making me wait 3 more business days. I am empty handed. No money, no items and not even a reply from customer service. Avoid the headache, avoid dealing with this website because it seems that is run by ghosts.

Date of experience: February 17, 2024I wanted a refund but their offer was store credit which is completely against customer rights. I didn't use nor open any product and immediately returned it because I had to pay a high amount of money for custom clearance. So every time I order something, I'll need to pay the custom clearance fee which means that I'll not order anything else! That's why I want to get my money back! I don't need any store credit. And didn't know it's such a bad company.

Date of experience: March 21, 2024Ordered a total of 5 Purito Daily Go To Sunscreens, and they were all either fake or defective. Didn't know it at the time because I had nothing to compare them to. When I went to Korea and bought the real Purito sunscreen from there, that's when I discovered that the ones I received from YesStyle were completely different! All 5 were yellow in color and really runny and oily (left in photo). The credible one I got in Korea was white and thicker in consistency (right in photo). They also refused to reimburse me for the defective items because it was past the 14 day return policy. I kept telling them it was because I had nothing to compare the sunscreens to and just thought they came like that originally. Definitely not buying anything from these guys ever again. Cannot be trusted.

I contacted them consistently and then they sent actual products. But another red flag, I got my items from China Ebay wtf. I would have never used this scam like website if I knew they are Chinese company.
Date of experience: November 9, 2023YesStyle is an online website that carries heaps of Korean fashion and beauty products. Personally, I love shopping from there as they have a huge selection of clothing at really affordable prices. The quality is generally good (although there can be hit and misses - read reviews on their website before purchasing!), and the clothes look exactly like the picture as advertised. Sizing wise, I generally recommend sizing up! Shipping does take 1-2 months, but if you get heaps from the website at once its definitely worth the wait!
Tip for consumers:Make sure to read reviews, and sort them by "most helpful" instead of "best rating"!

When we tried to return it, they had many rules about their returns and we had to pay our own shipping fee as well. We are very disappointed with our order and we will never shop there again.

Date of experience: March 6, 2024This is the best store to get anything from clothing to skincare and makeup from Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and other Asia beauty. Very competitive prices, and you can earn points from doing honest reviews. In addition they have Influencer programs where you can choose a product each month at no cost (except shipping) and once approved you earn commission on any purchases made using your unique link/code. The only complaint (or would've been 5 stars) is shipping costs and time. For US expedited shipping it's $19! You'll receive your order in approximately 2 weeks or less. $9 regular shipping but takes at least 1 month. Used to be $5. So not sure I'll continue as an influencer for them.
Tip for consumers:If you don't want to wait a month and has the cash get expedited shipping or you will wait, and wait.

Date of experience: June 21, 2021On my second order, they did not include the promotional item, even though I paid for the qualifying item and it was listed on the invoice. After several days of emails, which included the suggestions of "try looking in the box again" and "did the package have a hole in it", they finally told me to buy from them again and maybe they would send it next time. So I emailed legal and requested my account be deleted, got a similar run around, and now months later I'm still getting random emails from them but they claim that "deletion can take several months".

However, if you look at the reviews and know which one is best to buy you can get some really good ones at great prices! I definitely can say I've bought some gems because they have different styles and they are priced quite fairly in my opinion.

I know some stores such as sephora etc sell Korean beauty products but they generally have the big brands or expensive products. That is why I went to YesStyle to find the other popular and more affordable products.

Ordered bunches of products in end Jan based on their beautiful pictures. Kept checking with they on delivery status, finally in end Feb, said some styles are out of stocks. Finally received the package, all are poorly made junk, nothing like the pictures showed on their site. Nothing! From material to colors to styles. Needed to spent $60 on shipping to return back the junk to their warehouse in Oregon the next day. USPS tracking said package arrived and was signed by their agent. Followed up on a few hundreds refund today, said they had never received the package.
Another Chinese site steal pictures from other sites, take forever to send out poor quality products and suck out $60 more on shipping for return. I should have known better
One more note, received email about data breach issue from this site, said my password and info are compromised. Ridiculous
Tip for consumers:Do not buy from there. The pictures and the products are not the same

I anticipate good things, but am weary due to all of the horror stories there are about ordering online. I love the fashions on offer though so I am nervously walking out on a limb. I placed order a month ago, they accepted my order and I waited for a month, eventually just simply cancel my order and refund me without getting my consent!
Their reason will definitely make you laugh! They explained order cancel due to no stock, they had tried their best to source from their supplier but not avail. This is the funniest part! The system shown "usually ship within 7 to 14 days" they explained it does not mean to have stock! But why didn't they put "no stock" or not available"?
Although argued with them by email few times, they would never do anything to pacify their customer, and they insisted their information was not misleading their customer... sad!
