    I had a show booked for Matt Franco in Las Vegas. Due to covid the show was cancelled. I am still waiting after 6 weeks to get my refund that they promised. I had to contact the attorney generals office to assist. AVOID THEM Date of experience: August 11, 2020
    Promotion on tickets not honored. Quote "... no longer available and should have been taken down by I. T. Dept." Not rude, but not helpful. Complete waste of time after being on hold for 15 minutes. Date of experience: August 1, 2011
