    I made my reservation 10 minutes before I arrived. Ince we arrived he tells us we can't check in because I booked the room under 1 adult 2 beds instead of 2 adults and two beds, it was me and my husband only, he didn't do anything to assist us, it was 11:00pm all hotes in the area were booked, so we left, I asked him how do I get my money back, he said he couldn't cancel it, we had to do it online.     Terrible I was her 4th July - Sunday July 7th I checked out on the 6th air did not work no fridge or microwave. I had to go buy a fan a microwave small fridge to keep diabetic meds in. Cleaning people did not replace towels or toilet paper. I also requested a room near pool cause I am handicap can't walk far that did not happen so I couldn't go to pool to relax or enjoy myself.     Motel 6 by airport is horrible,roaches and mice stayed 7 days couldn't get towel or sheets,talked to housekeeper supervisor about my room getting cleaned and getting fresh towels her attitude was horrible,Asked for manager was told he was in his room.     I'm unable to use their app or log into their website. Their system keeps saying my email address is on file. I get no response when I click "forgot password". Called and talked to a live person 2 days ago. Their IT support people were supposed to contact me. I've also tried to create a new account with a different password and cannot do that either. I realize it is officially summer now that Memorial Day is over. But I need to travel cross country and would like to be able to book a Motel 6 room when I know I want to stop for the night.     We stayed 2/17/2024 overnight. "Eric" was great checking us in and making us feel welcome. The room and bedding were fairly clean but I recommend bringing your own flip flops. I still sanitized anywhere our hands would touch anything. Newer paint, new window and I loved the tile flooring. And, yes I inspected/lifted the upper mattress, pillows and sheets; all was well but I tend to bring my own pillow cases and flat sheets anyway if I can. No blow dryer but I had gotten a heads up from another guest review. Shower head did need to be cleaned of buildup, water pressure not so great. Will definitely revisit Motel 6.     This location is shady and will overcharge your credit / debit accounts if given the opportunity. I was told a rate of $81.00 for the night but then charged $93.00. On top of that, they tried to charge me an additional $97.53 AFTER CHECKING OUT OF THE MOTEL! If you stay at this Motel 6 location, you risk being overcharged. Trust me!     If your human don't look here. I booked for 2 weeks with a kitchenette. Lasted 2 days and left. The microwave was so dirty, never cleaned, old and stunk. The toaster was no different. The range I turned it on for 10 minutes on high and my hand never got warm. The pots and pans were dirtier than the brown floor I was standing on. The t.v. Volume was so muffled that I could read the lips better. If you want to experience a third world country come here. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Mind you in a third world country you may have better luck. If you see the sign look the other way. The scenery would be cleaner. It's not even worth one star. I would give it a negative 10 period.     I stayed at the Motel 6 in Branford, Connecticut. It was an awesome experience. Rooms are very presentable, clean and beautiful. The price was Very affordable Front desk agent was pleasant very nice and attend to all my needs. I recommend anyone to visit this Motel 6 and ask for Glenda. She was a breath of fresh air.     Motel 6 Las Cruces, New Mexico, has rooms on 3 levels. The elevator is not working, and has not been working for some time.     I got up to go to the bathroom across the sticky floor that I had to wash and there was a cockroach I just payed 100 dollars for roaches and a very dirty room. The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it and I had no choice but to stay because I had booked it and didn't have time to leave. Now I have to wash everything I brought with me so I don't bring bugs home… I am petrified of bugs and have to sit up all night because now I can't fall asleep.     Odessa helped me use the readycard because I was unable to use my card and I only had cash. She was very polite and went above and beyond to help me in any way she could throughout out stay. Amazing service. Also her and the other staff gave me the essential supplies needed foe my stay.     Huntsville Alabama, July 17 2023. Mold around the tub. The base molding and chest of drawers made it look like the floor had standing water at some time. No smoke alarm. Another wall mounted fixture without a battery. Cob webs in the room corner. White Shower curtain was brown at the bottom.     Planned a 4 day trip using Motel 6 for reservations, bad idea, every one was dirty, most in disrepair, as expensive as all other motels we switched to, people sleeping in the office on mattresses, no hot water and not planning when to fix it?     I stayed for one night at Motel 6 Naperville. Cleanliness of the room is very important to me. It passed that test with flying colors.     I received bed bug bites at this hotel. The floors were filthy filthy dirty. The bathtub would not drain. They charged me a $50.00 deposit without my knowledge and they didn't return it, even though they said that they did. I've had good experiences with other motel 6 hotel, but this one in Louisville, Kentucky was beyond horrible!     Being recently homeless, I found this hotel close to (work) and decided to check in. The young lady at the front desk, Shannon, helped me out with a good price. A good room everything that I needed! I have had good sleep. It is quiet anytime I've had an issue I have been able to go down and talk to the staff who is been friendly introduced Themselves and has helped me out down to even telling me food banks available in the area!     "Mrs. Rosa", "Ms. Lynette" and "FRANK" Are just some of the great staff at motel 6 downtown tallahassee Couple people be thinking it pose to be this top notch hotel but it's just a great regular hotel wit a loving family vibe It's not the Donald Trump hotel lol but it's in a great area where there are plenty festivities and restaurants and parks so you can go site seeing and have a good time it's quiet and peaceful place i have been to almost every hotel in tallahassee and all the other hotel charge $100-$150 security deposit motel 6 don't even charge a security deposit and I think that is very nice of them I am able to get a good sleep at night so I can go to work so I love it's a quiet and peaceful place any help you need I have always got it from Mrs. Rosa", "Ms. Lynette" and "FRANK" and even the maids are helpful you can't get that at any other hotel they treat you like family here and I will continue to come stay here Service Value Quality Date of experience: February 12, 2024
