The comforter had cigarette burn holes in it and I had no choice but to stay because I had booked it and didn't have time to leave. I booked for 2 weeks with a kitchenette. Lasted 2 days and left. The microwave was so dirty, never cleaned, old and stunk. The toaster was no different. The range I turned it on for 10 minutes on high and my hand never got warm. The pots and pans were dirtier than the brown floor I was standing on. The t.v. Volume was so muffled that I could read the lips better. If you want to experience a third world country come here. Trust me you won't be disappointed. Mind you in a third world country you may have better luck. If you see the sign look the other way. The scenery would be cleaner. It's not even worth one star. I would give it a negative 10 period. Mold around the tub. The base molding and chest of drawers made it look like the floor had standing water at some time. No smoke alarm. Another wall mounted fixture without a battery. Cob webs in the room corner. White Shower curtain was brown at the bottom. Ceiling issues. 2 twin beds, one bed had a wrinkled fitted sheet as if it had been slept in. Nasty and dirty inside and out. Roaches on the floor. No housekeeping. No pest control. Don't clean with any cleaning supplies. They said that they are remodeling now. I am not sure it can be saved. Not safe. The city of Cocoa Beach needs to shut it down until remodeled and bought up to standards for safety. Their rates are not cheap either. Sleeping in the beds gives you a dirty feeling.
