  • Logitech Review

Updating my earlier review. I ran a few circles with the incompetent Logitech G Support, as they call themselves. Now I'm showing you how my replacement arrived after a month and no less than 16 e-mails later. Delivery: UPS. The outer carton was completely intact, but in it... I didn't open the box, I didn't sit on it, it arrived in this state. Probably it was squeezed into the much smaller carton. Kudos to the packing guys. The product seems to be intact and unused (smells like and looks like new mouse), it's under testing, I will update this review soon.
Once I "inherited" a Logitech wireless keyboard-mouse combo from my husband. They were pretty expensive back then (I don't remember the model), he used them a lot. The keyboard worked perfectly for about 15 years, the mouse app. For 10 years (yep, it's true), despite being "soaked" in every kind of drinks and food. Beacause of it, I fell for Logitech stuff. I shouldn't have. I bought a gaming mouse (I'm picky, because of my fingertip grip and undying love for RGB disco hardware), it died (double clicking) right after the warranty expired (1 year). I inherited from my hubby a simple (ie. Cheap) Logi mouse and it worked for like 3 more years after he used it for like the same, it was strange. I bought another gaming Logi mouse - the one that I use now - it also became a double clicker, right after the warranty expired - coincidence? I tried everything to save it (without pulling it apart), both hardware and software, but nothing worked. I wrote to the customer service - three times now, over more than a week. They gave me a ticket number, now I'm waiting. If you ever had a double clicking mouse, you know how annoying it can be, also used to ruin your work. Their website is a mess, by the way (not user-friendly), as well as their CS. There are plenty of complaints on Reddit and Amazon from people unable to claim their warranty, because they keep the customers waiting, promising they're already reviewed their case - which of course is not true - and sending them around in circles. I don't know what brand will be my next mouse yet, but I know it will not be Logitech! They used to be good, not anymore. Update: I wrote my problem on their "community" page and I only got the same copy-paste answer they give to everyone since years - not to mention I already tried that suggestion as well - it was fruitless. Update 3 weeks later: Some Indian guys keep sending me copy-paste answers to every e-mail I sent them. No willingness of fulfill the warranty. I don't know how long we will play this ring around the rosie, but it has come to my attention, that Omron has nice microswitches for mice. "Fourty bucks, little man. Put that sh**, in my hand. If that money, doesn't show, then you owe me, owe me, owe." That's what I paid for a mouse, that I can use as a lava lamp now. Update: after a month they promised me a replacement - but first they required a video, purchasing recipe scan, etc about it (I didn't have to do the double-click test, just this 15 sec video about the product is otherwise not broken). The thing is I'm really curious about what they would send me - and when - as I read numerous complaints about the replacement was clearly used or broken or started to double click after a week. Fingers crossed. Worst case scenario: I'm going to learn to fix my own mice. It is a great videoconferencing microphone and speaker (no camera)...but the software links with your Zoom or Google Meets and alerts you with a light that you have a meeting coming up. Then you just hit one button and you're in the meeting! Great sound, great mic. Also fits neatly beneath my big screen, and has some ports for plugging in other devices. Nice device overall. I liked it so much I bought some for my team/employees. Products used:LogiDock
Worst customer service ever. Next time I need a Logitech product I will NOT buy directly from their website. They took my order for a keyboard, took my money, then did nothing for about three weeks. When I complained they sent me a form letter "Good news!" it said, "Your order has shipped." So did they lie or what? After ten days still no keyboard. Too bad they make such good products but don't give a damn about individual users. If I had just ordered it from Best Buy they would have had it here in two or three days.
Horrible warranty and customer service. They pretty much bury support so you can't access services. It takes multiple sifts to find out how to claim warrantly and then they automate you to confusing menus, DC you to random departments telling you to wait days. Pretty much if you get a product that is not working, good luck getting it fixed or refunded under their program Tip for consumers:Don't buy from them if you can avoid it. Pray yours works without defects. Products used:G604 Lightspeed Mouse Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
I didn't think you could f*ck up a customer service this bad, oh boy was i wrong, they say i will get back with you in 48/72 hours, i literally forgot about my case until they responded 1 month later asking me for my $#*!ing number which i provided when i first made the case. Tip for consumers:naw jus $#*! Products used:mic Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
Over two weeks after the expected delivery and still no product or refund. For a second time they are telling me now that they are reviewing the information internally. Never ordering from this company again
They finally did what I have been dreaming about. Maybe its not something new but I tried their silent keyboard and mouse, boy isnt that amazing! If you are living in a house with your parents or roomies or whatever, and you like to work early in the morning or late at night, you should definitely get yourself some of that! Doesn't wear and tear easily, works silently for a long long time, and you dont disturb anyone!
Popular company for mouse and keyboard, headphone. Every year, I buy at least 2 to 3 consumable computer accessary on this brand. Most of time the products are priced low. So I get to go for them often in the shop. I am still using wired mouse from this company is ok. However, my headphone did not last 2 years.
Morons. Do not try to deal with their support. Their items themselves they sell are fine. However if anything breaks, do yourself a favour and do not deal with their support, the level of incompetence is on another level. I won't even go into it in detail, it'll cause me stress
I've recently been trying to upgrade my computer/gaming set up, and logitech is a great place to start! They have entry level pricing that also ranges to more expensive things, perfect for any budget. I found the wireless mouse i purchased was very easy to use, sensitive, and lasts ages on its battery (I havent recharged it for a month).
The support for my Mice was not user friendly...the chatbot is a joke. And then I waited for a live agent and then the message was they are busy and to leave a emaill and nothing. WORST SERVICE
Great quality here. I bought my MOMO racing wheel way back in 2008 and it still works perfectly, even though i spilled coffee on it a couple times. I also have a budget joystick - 3D force pro and i had it for a while too. It's good, but i wish i'd bought something more substential - lotta plastic and squeaky buttons
So I bought a new mouse from Logitech direct. I ordered the new M500s mouse as it had new features like variable DPI. When it arrived it was in a package marked as an M500s. I opened the package and then noticed the part number on the mouse is different to the part number on the packaging. The new M500s mouse part number is 910-******* which is displayed on the outside of the packaging. However, the number shown on the mouse itself is 810-******* which is the part number of the OLD M500 mouse. I try to do a return to Logitech but find that their website is absolutely awful! I log into my account here in the UK and then start the returns process where they as for the order number and email address, then click on next and the page then goes to Logitech USA and gives a message stating 'Invalid URL'. At this point I phone up Logitech on the UK support number *******8159 - I wait and wait and the an automated answer system states that no one is available but they will ring me back. I select this option and wait. About half an hour later I get a call from a withheld number - it's Logitech USA? I explain what the problem is and the guy called Joe says he will sort it out and hangs up. Since then no contact from Logitech in any way shape or form. Diabolical support system. I'm stuck with a mouse I didn't order and can't send it back for a refund. Upon further investigation I discover that Logitech have been doing this for at least 3 years! Bestbuy.com have reports of this bad practise going on in 2020. Tip for consumers:This company are absolutely useless ripping of people with old tech in new packaging Products used:So I bought a new mouse from Logitech direct Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
I have/had two different headsets both wirless g933 and g935 with spare batteries to be charged when one is in use. After the most recent Ghubba bubba update BOTH my batteries stoped working and at 1st the logitech team pointed out its wear and tear. If it was one battery that bit the dust, i may have agreed with them but BOTH? Come on logitech shutdown already and stop waisting peoples money and time. Dont put products out because they garbage. To make a comeback they will team up with some other succer company for their own benefit, to use their name or rebrand and drive both into the ground. DO NOT BUY LOGITECH! Logitech wireless mouse, the terrible mouse I ever had. The cursor does not move very far. To move from one corner of the screen to other I have to pick up the mouse and sometimes the 1 click become double
I have been a loyal Logitech customer for 30 years, buying keyboards, mice, webcams and speakers made by this company. Now one of the two little "feet" of one of my Logitech keyboards has broken. I have written Logitech three times, including the CEO and Chairman, but they have ignored my messages. Tip for consumers:Your intervention with Logitech on my behalf will be much appreciated. Their products work incredibly good! After i used for half a year a logitech mouse i could never go back to cheaper. Ordinary brands.
Bought a Logitech streaming package which contained a Blue Yeti mic, Logitech streamcam and a Litra Glow streaming led light. I think it's a very good way to get yourself into streaming without breaking the bank.
Had the G933 white headphones over a year now and they work like if I just bought them! Really nice, great investment, terrific sound!
All their products I own are working very good even after these years. The second is their customer service. When I had my mouse broken - the guys just replaced it with the new one of the newer generation (with a photo proving i completely destroyed the old one, which is also fun).
Really cool you can look at all the awesome stuff they make. I have gotten the Logitech Web CAM and it is great.
Good Keyboard if it worked. Bought it for illuminated keyboard and paid premium, when you consider the cost. After short time the illumination on the keyboard stopped working. Now I continually get red (not charging) light and the illumination feature I bought it for will not work. Attempted to contact Logitech and reset password, received email indicating how to reset password and only message is "password has been used" and will not work.
Going to give logitech big props and a full heart for their move to dominate the webcam/video conferencing market. Their Vid HD consumer service which is free and works with their inexpensive HD webcams or google TV really is quite impressive at their 720p resolution. The significantly more expensive offerings from other companies such as cisco can do 1080p, but I'm not sure that most will even notice it and not every one has a 1080p display (1920 x 1080) or a webcam that can support that resolution. The Vid HD service will work with other webcams that are not made by logitech too. They have a very simple interface and I think their partnership with googleTV should help them grow. Skype also has 720p as their "HD" version. I do wonder which company will be the first to offer true 1080p resolution for free. I'm currently owning the G930 for 3 months. So far I'm not very disappointed by it. Although I've had a lot of frustrating problems with their software. It took me a while to fix them. But I would still recommend this company because of their good products and customer support.
I had a logitech mouse for 6 years before it finally died
