Their customer service (which was not in the US) finally just hung up, was absolutely no help. Completely dissatisfied, will never purchase any of their products again. Levi did not hesitate to take money from my bank account immediately. I called customer service to let them know about the fraudulent activity and they didn't even want to talk to me not to mention they kept on telling me there's nothing that can be done. I wanted them to stop the shipment so the thief wouldn't get the items. I also wanted to speak to the supervisor and whoever I spoke to didn't even want me to speak to the higher ups. After this experience, I will never shop with Levi ever again. Beware that if there are problems, the staff won't help you and are very rude. They won't even connect you to speak to the supervisor.
