On April 2,2024, I made a purchase with an extra shipping charge for what I assumed was insured expedited delivery. The order was shipped later than expected, which I didn't initially have an issue with. However, the delivery was never made by FedEx, and when I tried to claim my delivery, I was informed that only the shipper/seller could file a claim. Despite reaching out to the Forzieri team multiple times, I received only pictures of the package being left in front of my house and no further contact. Since then, I've been unable to file a complaint with FedEx without the shipper's involvement, and there has been no response from Forzieri's customer service. This has been a frustrating loss of both money and time, and it's deeply disappointing, especially since the item was meant to be a birthday gift. I had to purchase a replacement. I won't be using Forzieri again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. They take a week to respond to queries and are still using COVID as an excuse. It took over a month to process my return and refund. It's very hard to get a response from them and in the end I had to raise a dispute via PayPal. The company then had the cheek to blame me for the delayed refund. I'd definitely avoid using this company. Their products can be sourced pretty much anywhere, so shop around.
