On April 2,2024, I made a purchase with an extra shipping charge for what I assumed was insured expedited delivery. The order was shipped later than expected, which I didn't initially have an issue with. However, the delivery was never made by FedEx, and when I tried to claim my delivery, I was informed that only the shipper/seller could file a claim. Despite reaching out to the Forzieri team multiple times, I received only pictures of the package being left in front of my house and no further contact. Since then, I've been unable to file a complaint with FedEx without the shipper's involvement, and there has been no response from Forzieri's customer service. This has been a frustrating loss of both money and time, and it's deeply disappointing, especially since the item was meant to be a birthday gift. I had to purchase a replacement. I won't be using Forzieri again, and I strongly advise others to avoid it as well. And the worst is, I requested for return this item due to the item was damaged. I emailed them to request for balance refund or exchange with same non-faulty item but they rejected my request and asked me to make new purchase pay for another same full price.
