I ordered many items one of the dresses came in with a big whole in the seam, they said they would send me a new dress, and reimburse me for shipping the damaged item back to them. I never received the dress or the reimbursement for the dress and for shipping it back to them. They ignored my emails. I should also mention that the fabric is very sheer and low quality, one of the dresses I ordered didn't look much like the one on the website.
