When I found this site I was amazed how they can sell subscriptions so less expensive than the stores! We love it!I purchased seven magazine subscriptions for my mom for her birthday. I purchased them in December 2023, and as of today (March 31,2024), she has received four of the seven magazines. I have tried to contact this company multiple times, and I never received a response back from them. I am pretty certain that we will not receive our magazines from the three other titles we paid for. Very frustrating and disappointing!I've been very happy with my purchases over the years with Discount Mags. I've ordered dozens of publications for both myself and for friends and family. There is no other place to get the kind of discounts for magazines other than your site, as far as I have found, and I find good sales for the publications I desire, and have tried a few that wasn't familiar with. If I can get a magazine for under 50cents per copy, I'm a happy camper, literally... I take them camping;-).Good pricing on Bon Appetit magazine; when I expressed concern about delay in receipt, got a helpful note from Customer Service and, due to fulfillment time lags, it turned out that I received the magazine timely.Gift for family member — never received! This was for my grandson. I have received several emails regarding the delay but as of February of 2024 my grandson has still not received the magazine at the new address. What can be so hard about an address change. My next choice is to cancel the subscription and start a brand new one. I think they should be able to handle that. There were also several $2 offers, for a full year (6 to 12 issues, depending on the magazine. This special price expires in a year, but you get a notice in time to cancel, and then find them again at the low price. They just outrank all offers by far I couldn't afford to give so many magazine gifts without there prices and I'm always looking for the best magazines and believe me I have looked.I've been a customer with Discount Mags (DM), for close to 15 years. I only use DM for all my subscriptions, and there are many. If I have an issue they take care of it. DM is not local, for me, but that doesn't prevent them from rectifying the issue at hand.Ordering was simple and easy to send subscription as a gift to my grandchildren.
