There was nothing wrong with it until I used these cheap CompAndSave inks. I tried to save a few dollars and now I need a new printer. Never buy generic ink; always buy the name brand. Somehow their website led me to purchase the wrong product and upon returning it, I did not get a full store credit to use on the correct product. Their representative requested that I shove the cartridge in harder but the cartridge is simply to small and does not go in properly. Now I'm jumping through hoops, photographing the cartridges and uploading the photo, shipping the cartridges back at my expense and at a 15% restocking charge.
