So unimpressed. I placed my first order for a pair of shoes that were on clearance but showed still available in my size. I kept checking back to find for almost a week that it hadn't shipped yet. A day later they email saying my order was canceled due to low inventory. I complained and they said I should place my order again. Then I see thesame shoes advertised on their website for $2 less so I ordered again and it showed stull available in my size. Kept checking again and emailed because it hadn't shipped yet. They told me it hasn't been canceled but the shoes are on back order so it may be a couple weeks before they ship. No email saying they would be linger to arrive until I complained. Then 2 days later they cancel the order for the second time. When I complained again they just sent a discount code. Definitely not buying from them in the future. If I could leave zero stars I would have. I would have waited for the back order to ship. I talked with them and they told me we don't have any promotions. I showed the promotion sign hanging in the window and sales associate told me he doesn't know anything about that. They looked great upon arrival, but once I wore them, they cut up my feet to where I was in tears from the pain. Right where my feet bent. It took 4 days of band aids and antibiotics to heal them. I thought that maybe they'd have to break in? For $70 this should not have to be. They did seem to loosen a bit, but now one shoe has about four pleats in the leather, while the other has two?
