Purchased a large bronze sculpture for my yard exactly one year ago and paid $1,900 total. At that price I thought it would last longer than a year. Checking it over the other day I noticed rust holes and chipping. This is supposed to be for outdoors and their ad stated bronze. It appears to be bronze coated (false advertising on DT's part. I contacted CS and was told "it's out of the return" timeframe. That's was it, nothing else. Save yourself headaches, money on cheaply manufactured products and look elsewhere. Then- when the job was done, and I spoke to them, I found out that the squeaking was fixed as much as it can be, but there is a cracking sound as well, and nothing can be done about this…But was I not supposed to know about this before when the technician came in, and we spoke?
