However, they decided to cancel the order and not send some sort of email or notice informing me that they canceled the order. No reason was given, just simply a cancellation. I only figured it out after I was wondering where my book was. I received a confirmation email saying they will send an email when it was shipped. I had to thoroughly dig to find out it was cancelled. I was literally speaking to one of their "representatives" as they explained that the item is unavailable...while simultaneously seeing the item still for sale on the site. No follow up email or anything after the initial order confirmation email, even after sending them a request through their contact link for an update...still had to use the lousy chat only to find out it was not available that way. Then there was no direct contact number to discuss the situation. I reached out using their chat session. Thinking I was texting with a robot, I explained to the agent about not getting a receipt and after a few minutes passed, he located my order and emailed the receipt. He explained that there was a glitch with their system and apologized for the mishap. This was my first experience ordering from BiggerBooks.
