    This is the most disgusting companies to deal with. It is one for nothing but ripping off. The only mission of this company is to cheat as all items purchased through it would either never be mailed out or just simply damaged products received months after payment. Any requests for refund or complaints would either simply be ignored or if you are lucky be replied without any commitment.     100% of items I've purchased have not been delivered. I always get the answers that they are following it up with the seller, or waiting for their response or my refund is on the way. None of it can be believed, as nothing happens. This all explains the rumors that they are "folding up their tent" and going out of business. That will be a welcomed event!     Is there any way that a class action suit can be filed against this company? I too paid for items, did not receive them. Opened a case and received the following reply: "Please be advised that as of Friday, August 29,2014, Couch Commerce Inc., the parent company of TeamBuy.ca/Dealfind.com, has entered into a legal & financial restructuring process. Pursuant to the rules and regulations governing the restructuring process, we cannot honor TeamBucks issued on or before August 29,2014 and issue any refunds related to purchases on or before August 29,2014.     I ordered almost 140$ worth of product from this company 10 weeks ago. Have not received any of my orders! I have been patient and polite with the customer service department. They have not refund me any money and have not told me what is going on. I called my bank today and they told me that this company is bankrupt. Beware! It's a scam!     I was unaware of the issues with DealFind. When I contacted them regarding the vouchers I purchased for my wife (she passed in Dec 2013), I was told they would not expire. Today, I found myself with worthless vouchers which combined total of $360. I just wanted to use the carpet cleaner voucher and the company is not honoring anything from dealfind. So, to add to an already painful situation, I cannot do anything with these worthless vouchers. Why do I have to give a Star Rating, when they are not work a Star? Date of experience: April 4, 2016
    Dealfind gave me a credit for an article that I ordered and paid for and they could not supply. I was happy with the service until I went to use my credit and Dealfind was no longer in business. This was the second time they changed their company name and then went out of business. I guess this a way for them to make extra money. Very disappointed in them.     I purchased a Teambuy/Dealfind for $50 worth of clothes at a certain store for $25. The promotional amount expired ($50) but I was suppose to be able to use the paid amount ($25) at the store, the store refused. Teambuy/Dealfind claimes that if a merchant refuses a voucher they will issue you a credit. I emailed Teambuy/Dealfind they said no, when I tried to plead my case I get this response: "Hello, For any other inquiries not pertaining to this order, please visit our Customer Support/FAQ page in order to submit a new support request email. " Basically telling me where to go. Teambuy/Dealfind is a horrible company, but don't take my word for it, Google either of the names and read some of the reviews yourself. Don't get ripped off like I did. I will not let this go, every few months I will resubmit a complaint and go on every review website I can find to warn people away from Dealfind / Teambuy.     Over a few years, i ordered almost $400 worth of vouchers from them that did not have expiration dates. Some of those companies went out of business and dealfind did not reimburse the money. Then when I went to redeem other ones this spring, I was told the company was bankrupt and no vendors were honoring the vouchers. The company isn't honoring giving me any money back for anything, and my bank can't do anything either because they filed for bankruptcy. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM.     I ordered an SD card from DEALFIND ON April 24th of 2014. I emailed them a month later to inquire about it, the assured me the company had sent it. I demanded a refund at the beginning of August, several emails were ignored until one of them said they would refund me within 3-5 business days. This was September 4th. After several ignored emails, today I opened a message from them saying exactly what Ruth's message says. I do not have enough words to describe this dishonest, scamming company. Disgraceful.     Purchased 2 vouchers worth $50.00 and the company closed down not once but twice due to public health violations. Deal find stated that they would not refund or even credit me for the $50.00. They stole my money. A class action lawsuit should be instituted asap. I have corresponded with them via e-mail and telephone with no results other than frustration.     Dealfind offers deals that they do not stand behind. Once the transaction is completed, they refuse to get involved when merchants cannot complete their end of the deal.     Wish I could give it negative stars. This company is doomed. Still waiting on an order placed months ago. Was finally told (3 weeks ago) that it shipped and they gave me a non-working tracking number. Oh, and their customer service is non-existent. You have to go through Teambuy.     Warning! Do not use this website. Why have they not been shut down for fraudulent practices? It is a scam. Fake businesses with fake addresses, websites and telephone numbers are set up to take your money! It happened to me twice. I bought two vouchers at the same time and neither one of them were from a legitimate business. And they won't refund or credit you for a voucher that supposedly never expires.     Always read the reviews and questions and do your homework on items that are for sale. Don't always trust the fine print in the ad, I've learned this the hard way along with many other Dealfind customers. If an item is too good to be true... remember, it likely is a scam. Don't be greedy, be smart! I would much rather see a great deal posted in my local newspaper or an ad on the radio or tv and buy it directly from the company then go through Dealfind, they have lost my respect as a buyer.     That's a real scam. They sold vouchers to a cleaning company with non-existing e-mail address and invalid phone number. After multiple e-mails they finally gave me credit back for the vouchers. What is the credit worth if it only can be used on their fake deals? I also ordered 2 alarm clocks more than 1/2 year ago. Still haven't gotten them. THey keep sending me tracking number that says the item entered united states. What good it it for me if the item doesn't arrive? Still not getting anywhere with that.     My wife and i have tried all the major web deal sites. Most have resulted in positive experiences - with the exception of dealfind. Absolutely terrible customer service, We ordered an item and their supplier ran out of product.     I've used dealfind.com only a few times and have had problems with my orders on nearly every single occasion. In fact, I've been emailing with "customer service" about my latest problem and asked why they have been so delayed in resolving the issue. I got this response from the representative: "I apologize on our end, we are dealing with a few hundred cases a day per rep." A few hundred cases a day PER REP sounds like a lot. With that kind of volume, they cannot possibly be working with reputable vendors or offering deals that live up to their promises. This could explain the trouble I've had.     As a person that has used Dealfind to advertise my small business I am surprised by some of the reviews here. Maybe the difference is that I took the time to actually read through my contract and negotiate certain terms with them instead of just getting over excited and blindly signing on the dotted line. I gave them a picture for my page and they had their guys add a nice border and some relevant text to it which I was happy with. Any errors that happened to make their way onto my page I had my sales rep fix immediately. Personally I feel I have had a good experience working with them and will consider doing it again in the future.     Of the few dealfind deals I have purchases, only one has turned out to be completely legitimate. All others including laser hair removal, laser acne treatments, window washing and toothbrush heads have been bogus - the retailer has not lived up to their end of the bargain.     Be sure to read the fine print as the actual price of the 'deal' can be more than doubled when you add in the hidden costs. A package of 2 massages offered at $29, turns out to be $79 when you add in the SC (company service charge, $15 per massage), plus 'travel fee' ($10 per massage). Plus on top of that you are expected to tip, generally 15% of the 'real' value, which is stated as $100 each. I didn't buy this deal as I noticed and queried these extra charges, but customer service just said they don't want you to worry about paying for these extra costs until you get the service - insane!     SCAM! Don't bother buying anything from this site, they will take your money and go missing in action. Don't ever buy anything from Dealfind.com. I had purchased a coupon for haircut, and called the number to make an appointment, it was never answered. So I googled the name "The New Image" and it says that the business is closed. So I contacted Dealfind, com, they told me to keep calling the number and leave a clear message which I did several times with no reply whatsoever. And I contacted dealfind.com again several times about a month ago, and I still yet to hear from them.     I have bought about 11 vouchers from this site & for the most part their ok. However, there is a couple of items that I have not received & they don't respond to my emails. Out of maybe 12 emails they have replied 3 times, but when I respond to their email they don't get back to me...
