In fact, I've been emailing with "customer service" about my latest problem and asked why they have been so delayed in resolving the issue. Maybe the difference is that I took the time to actually read through my contract and negotiate certain terms with them instead of just getting over excited and blindly signing on the dotted line. Any errors that happened to make their way onto my page I had my sales rep fix immediately. A package of 2 massages offered at $29, turns out to be $79 when you add in the SC (company service charge, $15 per massage), plus 'travel fee' ($10 per massage).
