The page kept refreshing, but after several tries it looked like it went through. But the next day my debit card was charged over $1000 For the entire box! I called them and told them the site wasn't working and that the box was being returned, the guy said if I could email him the return receipt he would then look into processing it. He couldn't tell me how many days that would take and I was frustrated. My bank account had been depleted so much. I told him I wanted to go ahead and cancel my account because I couldn't take the chance it would happen again, and he told me that "In that case, when you send me the return receipt, I'll give you a partial return of half. And the rest would have to wait until the box was received and processed, which will take a little longer." Unbelievable, that a company of that size would just hold onto people's money when people need it.
