I was so confused! They said that they can replace it with something similar... I asked for a different pearl tin cup gold necklace which was almost identical. So than got a tracking shipping number sent to my email. But the next day I got an email saying transaction cancelled since the other necklace was a bit more! SERIOUSLY THE BIGGEST JOKE.
