I have been buying from Gap the last ten years and for the first time never received my order over 100 dollars. I called and they do not offer refunds for an item that never arrived. We also have a camera on the house and the mailman never came the day it said it arrived. Had to get the bank involved to file a claim. Disappointed in this service. Despite claiming 100% cotton, the tags revealed 77% and 60% cotton in the respective pants. This discrepancy occurred with both of the jogger pants I purchased. I previously purchased a jogger pant at a Gap store, providing evidence that the materials are not identical.
