I was really excited to buy from banggood after seeing so many good deals but I had an issue with my sunglasses, it was broken. The customer service was a nightmare. They kept asking for photos and didn't seem to care much about resolving the issue quickly.

The problem is that you failed to fulfill the order, and instead of honoring your obligations, you prolonged the situation, likely hoping I would cancel the order myself. When it became clear that you would lose money on this transaction, rather than protect your reputation by shipping the item, you kept delaying it, forcing me to wait almost 3 months before refunding me with a smile and an insincere apology.
My review will help other buyers make informed decisions and avoid falling into the same trap. It's clear that in your effort to attract more customers, Banggood frequently lowers prices to unsustainable levels and then fails to meet its commitments. This dumping policy not only deceives customers but also takes away 10-15% of business from honest platforms that transparently display all costs.
Such behavior should not go unnoticed, and my experience will serve as a warning for others not to give chances to fraudulent practices.

Date of experience: September 21, 2024I would not recommend Banggood for two main reasons:
1. While they claim to accept returns for any reason, they don't disclose in their terms that you have to send the item back to China, pay the large freight bill and Chinese import duties. Of course, few people will want to return their purchases under these circumstances.
2. They make it almost impossible to contact customer service. On their website they only give you a few choices in which you may contact them, but often none of those choices applies to your situation.
There really is no point and buying from them, because most of the items are available through US sellers (e.g. Amazon) that have better return policies and Customer Service.

However, when assembling the parts, I found one servo not functioning properly, which would have resulted in a crash. Tried to get the company to okay a return / refund, without success. Finally went through dispute process with PayPal.
Finally, BangGood agreed to refund - only if I box, pay postage and ship to China. I am sure that will be costly, and time consuming. I don't feel I am responsible for any expenses since the product is defective. It is obvious BangGood wants to make returns difficult enough so many will give up on returns.
I would advise caution and be aware if something isn't right, be ready to do battle...

Pathetic customer service, ticket no **************086, order no *******, paypal case id PP-R-GUH-******* i orderd a watch which was faulty, it had a screw missing and its not charging up, when i try to return it, their pathetic customer service did't listen, and thier fraud paypal partners are also supporting them, by not listening to the customer feedback, i lost usd 37.15 to them, request you to don't lose your hard earned money to these frauds

Date of experience: January 8, 2024As soon as the order was received, we opened the package and saw that the product was missing from the manufacturer\'s packaging. We received an empty package without the product.
After properly informing customer service, I opening a ticket, they wanted to avoid the hassle and put me through a time consuming and complicated process because they don't want to lose their money.
Based on the video I took and recorded the moment when I open my package and it is clearly visible an empty package, without the product inside, I could also assume different things about the photo they showed me as proof that the product was inside the package. The conclusion is yours to make.

Date of experience: December 26, 2023Bought a smartwatch and realized after it was sent no chance of cancellation. When the package finally arrived I contact Banggood for a return label. Package never opened still in its original packaging. I followed their return policy knowing I would pay for the return postage. Jumped through all their hoops!
Took pictures of the unopened package and filed the request. They agreed to the return, that was 2 weeks ago. One excuse after another. Said they are waiting for a third party approval. I think this is their game plan. They try to wear you down and hopefully you'll go away. If it takes this long to get a return label that I never got to this date, how long will it take to get a refund? Refund? Slim to none! I'll take the hit! The watch is fine it didn't have the feature I was looking for. Unfortunately I found that after I placed my order.
Worst online retailer I have ever experienced!
Date of experience: March 5, 2024I made a purchase from this particular website which turned out to be a bad purchase. I purchased a mobile phone device which upon arrival appeared to be defective. It wasn't charging. No matter how many hours I left the mobile phone charging, it showed no indication of charging and no indication of operation. I spoke directly to Banggood customer service staff opening a ticket and the process ticked for days until the ticket was automatically closed without any help. Now I have opened another ticket and they have started telling me the same things they said to me in the first ticket before it was closed. The first ticket was closed because their last reply was: "we will update for you as soon as possible, please wait patiently" and I was just waiting... As you can see, the company in question has bad service and is fooling the customer by giving them fake hopes that he will answer him soon and this never happens until days pass and the ticket is automatically closed.

I ordered a mini roof cover, not a full cover for a large car which I was sent. When I contacted for a replacement for correct item or refund, they asked me to send sku number by mail. I emailed instead and their response was correct sku! But the item does not match what is shown in the ad or what I purchased. They have not offered refund or replacement.

I have uploaded screenshots where the company gives guarantees on its products without stability and not legally like all serious companies. One customer is told a different time guarantee and another customer is told a different time guarantee for two products of the same category. The conclusion is yours to make.

Date of experience: January 31, 2019I paid £260 for a 3D printer which is faulty and will not print, I have supplied all the requested information and photos of the faults that Banggood wanted. Pics show no printing progress after 12 minutes using the supplied file on the SD card and USB connection not working either.
All replies from them don't actually try to resolve the problem, just delay actually trying to resolve anything.
There is no meaning to their replace or refund policy because they seem to have no intention of honouring it.
They seem intent on becoming a disreputable and dishonest company.

Parcel arrived damaged and accepted with reserve. I assembled the scooter and it actually had a malfunction.
I promptly opened a ticket for assistance, but the ordeal began from there.
For weeks dozens of useless messages from assistance that always aimed to get around the problem.
I still haven't solved the problem and I paid for the repair at a service center at my own expense.
I consider it unacceptable that a new product with full warranty is not protected at all.
For this reason I strongly advise against BANGGOOD!

After claiming to lose pictures and stringing the matter out over a week, they offered $3 toward future purchases in lieu of a refund. After more emails, they refunded $7, claiming that they could not offer a full refund or return without explanation. I have all of the emails concerning this transaction.

Date of experience: December 14, 2020I am waiting for 2 orders one and a half month, the one is without a tracking number and the other is supposed to be shipped with DHL but it is claimed as not found in the system. Every time I contact them I get an automatic reply that increases the days I have to wait, first time was 20 days, then 40, then 70 and today it is 90 days! Best case they are not even at all professionals, worst case they are total scammers. Stay away from them!

It's not in stock and they don't know if/when they'll get it back in. They refund the drone only after I file a dispute but now I'm stuck with useless extra parts that I paid for. After sending them numerous e-mails, photos, videos describing and proving the situation, they finally sent me the missing drone after about 16 days. The service dept. is slow but they came through at last.
Tip for consumers:If you have any problems with your order it may take a while before the service dept. resolves the situation. At least that was my experience. The values at this company are outstanding and the shipping is quick.

Even though shipping can take a long time from China, I always received my goods after patiently waiting. If you are in hurry, spent some extra bucks to use express shipping options.
