I was assigned to use a script - the same script no matter how many times the person replied to say they never got their order. When I decided to track the shipment and provide a tracing number (item never arrived), I was fired. The customer service team is VERY responsive, clearly based in the US, and are quick and rather generous with offering their resolutions which I greatly appreciate. Yes sometimes dropshipping orders can go wrong, but with a strong customer support team at 1sale.com, I feel extremely comfortable and confident that the orders will go right, or the customer service team at 1sale.com will make it right! On the website it says ships in 1-3 days. So I ordered. My confirmation says 9-19 days to ship... When I started searching complaints they are about the worst. I would not use them. Buyer beware.
