    I went on price line renovated nest western in tulsa went to hotel within that half hour went to pat for reservation and manager said they don't accept that type credit card but took my payment of 63 told me call price line so did soon as walked out no answer so today called nothing they can do slept in car in parking lot now deathly sick and payment gone guess I paid 63 for reservation of parking lot cause I'm without a home
    The staffing is sorely inadequate at dollar and thrifty car rental in Denver. It is going to take up to three hours to pick up a PRE-PAID car. There are tons of people and three windows open! I'm traveling with my 84 year-old mother and this is just completely unacceptable! If these companies can't provide a reasonable experience, they should reduce their rentals until they can correct this mess! How about adding some kiosks? Service Value
    Hi everyone, I had a bad experience with Priceline over charging me for my rental cost, I choose a $34 dollar cost vehicle and after processing the transaction it showed me a $49.99 cost for the same vehicle. This is a scam and their customer support team was not able to resolve my problem or generate any type of refund. This will be the last time I will be using Priceline and I suggest you guys to avoid doing business with a scammer company!     Contacted priceline. They claimed because I was local. (Canada). I live 2000KM away in another province. Refused to do anything contacted Economy Rental cars. They explained limited due to long term rental. The agency bumped it to 3500km, still less than 88KM/day. They will charge me lots for excessive KM. Explained to bot Priceline and Economy that this is fraud. They pointed at each other and refused to do anything. What sane person can call 88KM a day unlimited. I made a very bad mistake doing business with either. Non refundable and a very important meeting, I had to take the car. Need an option to select less than a star.     Buyer beware. Read the fine print. Priceline doesn't honor the time you actually rent a vehicle, they charge you the same even if you turn the vehicle in earlier than your scheduled turn-in date. Turning in a rental car early is never charged by ANY rental car company I've ever dealt with. Absolute frauds. Trust me. Just go direct with the rental car company. It's not worth the extra few dollars you save. Tip for consumers:Don't use priceline. They don't care if they rip you off for the time you didn't have a rental car, and take your money anyways.     Booked a room. Have for last couple years vip platinum.lol.! You pay same price as everyone else. Discounts.lol.! Get rid of third party parasites, then you will get a better price. Price Line screwed up my pre arranged booking and all they could do for my frustration is a 5% express deal discount.LOL!     I purchased 2 business class round trip tickets only to find out that Priceline gave me the first part of the flight business class and the second flight economy. This was way also on the return flight. When I called them to rectify this situation (not once but several times) they said they could not change the seating. I paid $1689 for nothing! I am so… angry at their unethical business practices.
    I will never again use Priceline for booking flights. You're basically paying for "stand by" and good luck getting to your destination. Not only did my son get denied TWICE by the airlines for not having seats for him they refused to let me cancel and refund my money. He was stranded at the airport for over 10 hours by himself. I ended up having to buy another ticket from the actual airlines to get him home. This was the worst experience for a mother trying to get her son home.     This was the worst experience I have ever had with a booking site. Normally, I use Expedia and decided to try Priceline because it was recommended to me. Well I will never use this misleading site again! I am very disappointed that no accommodations could be made to assist me in correcting an issue that their site fraudulently caused! First, you lock me into a booking where no changes could be made on top of booking me at the wrong hotel when your link for the specific hotel I chose which was supposed to be the correct link but after I made my payment is when I realized that the link was incorrect. However, charges will be disputed because of this fraudulent mess!     I recently purchased an Express Deal for a Hotel stay plus a rental car. After I received the itinerary I saw the pickup and drop off time on the car was 10:00 am. I did not select the time and it does not work for me because my flight gets in at 12:30 pm and my flight leaves at 1:00 pm. I asked Priceline if the pickup and drop off time could be changed to noon. They flat out refused. I am currently disputing the charge with American Express.
    I have been a platinum member, and regularly booking with them for at least 5 years. Never had an issue until today, to realize their customer service was terrible. I'm unable to speak to a supervisor, line drops and long wait line and still nothing. They advertise the wrong location on their website and no one wants to take responsibility to their error.     We booked hotel in Aruba using Priceline. Weeks later, they send us an email with the link saying click on the link to add rent a car to your hotel stay. We did it using the link provided jn their email. We get to Aruba and they can't find our reservation in Aruba and they say it was reserved in Florida. I call priceline, text message customer service, talk to 5 different people and they hang up on me. Horrible service, the company made a huge mistake and refused to cancel charges
    Priceline is the most dishonest company I have seen in a long time. I was making a hotel reservation directly with the hotel and somehow Priceline hack the website and made it appear I was still at the hotel website. Once I booked the room they added on over $80 in fees to the price of the room without disclosing the information. I contacted customer care and they were not interested in helping me.     I set up a reservation for a trip over a month in advance. I checked back with the hotel using the Priceline-provided hotel booking code and they had no reservation for me, no record of it. PriceLine did issue a refund to me but I don't trust them. I would have showed up at the hotel on the correct day with no place to stay. Unforgiveable, so no more business from me.
    This is absolutely ridiculous. We purchased flights through Priceline WITH the travel insurance. One of our flights was canceled. We have spent the last three days on the phone with Priceline and they keep transferring us over and over again with the wrong information. Do they give this run around to everyone?!?!?     Will never use Priceline again for anything! Rented a car through them, and when I got there to pick up the car. They said they had no cars and it would be a 3 - 4 hour wait for one. Completely unacceptable, since I had made an advanced reservation and arrived on time, plus had a 2 hour drive to our destination. They sent me to another company that supposedly had one or two cars. Tried contacting them everyday possible and cant get through to a human except in a chat where they told me I have to call the number which no one picks up and offers no options for assistance.     So Priceline says you can cancel the reservation but then when you try to do so they do not refund your money. They lie and they steal. I've contacted my credit card company and hopefully they will not pay. But I have a feeling they're going to try to make a hit on my credit report for not paying a bill but it's a bill that I canceled that they are still charging me for.     Priceline is a huge joke. They have false advertising and dont have any concern for their customers. They will take your money and screw you over. It says free cancellation and says so many more lies. I paid over 200 dollars for my rental with my debt card but when I got there to pick up the car I was told even though I have already paid and had the card on file that I paid with and even had the card with me I was denied the car and now priceline is refusing to give me my money back.     I am a retired airline employee and love to travel but things these days change as did my plans. I had to put off my trip by one day in Nashville and priceline refused to change my rental car reservation. The price was the same with there site for both days and there was plenty of cars available. Absolutely no flexability so I booked with Expedia and it was actually cheaper and they have a change/cancellation policy. I can see why the overall rating with priceline is so low.

    I rented a car through Priceline. Paid the amount (non-refundable) and SPECIFICALLY stated that the company I booked with would provide me a car with certain specs - including "Unlimited Kms". I had a hell of a time dealing with the car rental spot when I went to pick up the car, as apparently there are many other fees that they try to make you pay, even if you have sufficient evidence that you do not need it. Regardless, the person spoke to me aggressively about the necessity of me needing to pay for insurance, etc. No conversation with me about any sort of limits on kms. From purchasing the car through Priceline and picking up the car, the information provided was that everything was the way it was through this purchase. I drop off the car and receive a whopping $345 excess charge ontop of everything else I had dealt with. I called the rental company and they told me I had limited Kms. I contacted Priceline and inquired about my booking. She said "you qualify for unlimited kms, UNLESS you live within the local area and/or if you are between the ages of 21-24.". I told her I lived out of Province and that I am over the age of 24. So I should be receiving unlimited Kms. She then tells me, well, I guess the car rental place may have other limits on their car rentals. What is the point of specifically booking with certain specs and then not receiving them, as well as not being informed until AFTER the fact, ONLY because I was charged and inquired about it? This has been a horrible experience and if I could rate Priceline at 0 stars, I would. Tip for consumers:All they care about is you booking with them.     I used priceline to book my hotel for my birthday in Vegas. Decided to use expressed deals selected 4 star paid for my hotel then saw what hotel they pick. They picked a 3 star hotel located on a sketchy area of the strip. I tried to cancel and they refused. They even lied about a manager giving me a call back several times.     The site specifically said I could cancel so I booked rooms for my family and then shared the info with them... they said absolutely not, the hotel looked dirty and unsafe - I called to cancel within hours and they said "the fine print said you can't cancel". I have fought with them for over a month now and they are refusing to give my money back. They have lost a good customer.
