    I put in my incorrect email for my order, resulting in me not being able to receive updates or how to return. I got the package, I didn't like the way anytning looked on me, and wanted to return. I called customer service, and the woman repeatedly put me on hold to "go check her resources." After every time of being on hold, she would ask if I was still there, like I would leave? The entire call was completely useless, I still don't know how to return this but I could barely understand her as well. Service Returns
    Ordered three items from PacSun December 14. Today is December 26. I received one of the three items. The two items that did not arrive have a tracking number, but it states "in processing". I'm in the store today, try to return the item and they're telling me since they're having system problems the only thing they can do is, give me a store credit they cannot give me my money back. Major scam! I have every receipt plus email confirmations etc. They're telling me since it's a computer problem, global for their system, they're only issuing store credit. Beware!     I shop from Pacsun from time to time as they are generally a solid brand. However on my last purchase, I received a package with 2 of my 3 items missing. I contacted them via their virtual assistant online, only to get an email telling me I need to file a police report to basically resolve my issue. I've never had customer service ask me to do that for a petty purchase. I'd understand if I were buying jewelry or something i'd have to pay luxury tax on, but for 2 articles of clothing I find that appalling. I have no reason to try and defraud the company for $70 dollars worth of stuff, but here we are. I'd advise any one shopping there to do so at your own risk, since missing items can result in complete loss of your money. Also, Pacsun should seriously consider using a better courier for their free shipping. USPS isn't good enough.

    We are now living in 2022 about to go into 2023 and with everything going on due to Covid and how the stores are evolving, I just feel Pacsun should honor online sales and prices in store. We all like to save a little and this generation multitask, you will catch us shopping in store and online at the same time, why should I have to wait 5 to 7 days for product that's right here in front of me that I can take home and enjoy to day for a lower price ‍ majority of clothing stores are doing it, I just think Pacsun should keep up with how the fashion world is going.
    Horrible customer service. So, I ordered 4 items (2 hoodies & pair of 2 joggers) spent over $400 dollars for these items. Fedex comes and makes the delivery. They also took of picture of the package at the front door. I get the package. One item in the bag a yellow hoodie. I'm pissed. The order slip in the bag says all 4 items was in the bag. I sent an email to the customer service email address for them to say file a police report. I waited till Monday to call to speak with a representative who was horrible might I add lied to me. Did not do what he stated he was going to do. Called back a couple of days later to get the recording saying to chat with a rep online. Then today to received another email saying I need to file a police report. So now this company is wasting my time to file a police report. I will be doing tomorrow.     I placed my order in NOVEMBER on the website. (Because the store is always out of stock) 2 weeks goes by, no package. I call, get an operator with badly broken English; so I then call corporate office in California, it's ONE GUY at a front desk who then tells me everyone is working from home and UNAVAILABLE since it's 5 days until Christmas. So he transfers me to the 800# again, they tell me because the company created a label they aren't able to refund me my money. They had to "escalate it" to someone else who will be able to follow the paper trail, and I would have to wait for someone to get in touch with me. It's been 2 weeks, nobody's returned my emails or calls and when I call to check status, it's a nightmare of communication & confusion. They will RIP YOU OFF.     I ordered a shirt over a week ago and there had been no updates on if it was shipped yet. I look on the app and it says the order was canceled. I talked to a customer service person and he said it went out of stock and wasn't going to ever be restocked. But i ordered it over a week ago and it didn't even say it was low in stock or anything. All i got was a crappy 15% off coupon which im definitely not using. It was the only christmas gift my boyfriend asked for and now i cant give it to him.     For Cyber Monday I received a text saying $15 Jeans and 50% off site wide. When I went to make a purchase, after giving all the marketing information they wanted from me (e.g. My Name, Email, Phone) they tell me that the item I want to buy is excluded. What does site wide mean if you're going to exclude items? Very misleading. Be careful not to give them what they want until they verify that you can take advantage of their discounts.

    I purchased online what I thought would be a normal, cute sweater. The model showed the sweater tucked in. When I received it, it was a crop top! It measured 16 inches from the shoulder, just a little over the length of a ruler! Yet it had gorilla arms that hung down almost to my knees. Now I have to pay $7 to ship it back. The rest of the quality was also terrible. The stitching around the cutout was all torn and ragged. Lesson learned, I will never order from them again. Value Returns Quality
    To start, there has been multiple times I've placed an order on pacsun.com that included an item that qualified for free shipping (stated on their current "coupons & promotions" page) and found out later I actually was charged for shipping. Customer service has always fixed this, but getting through to someone is always very difficult and if you reach out on social media, they say you have to call. Shipping takes a while, and it doesn't update for a few days, or will be stuck in processing. I've waited upwards of a month to receive an item I ordered a few months back and customer service didn't help, but I ended up getting it later on thankfully. I've also had an item cancelled for being "out of stock" but then when I went back on the website they are in stock and available to purchase. Quality is decent, depending on what you buy, but sometimes I get items a week later and sometimes a month later. Purchasing and shipping is very inconsistent and if shipping was free, I'd understand but it's frustrating to have to pay for shipping and then still have to wait weeks.     I went to my local PacSun, but the selection wasn't as good as I remember. They don't have some of the brands that I got last time I was there, so I decided to try there site. Ordered a few pieces of apparel off the site to see if the buying experience matched their selection. Three of the four items shipped in decent time and arrived in the given window. The fourth item was from a different vendor so it took longer, but when it arrived I opened it to find they had shipped me the wrong shirt. It was the right brand, color, and size, but it wasn't the the shirt I ordered. I contacted support and they told me that they were sorry I was shipped the wrong item, and that the one I ordered was out of stock. They said they would refund me, and asked me to ship the shirt I had received back with a provided shipping label. Thing is, this means they shipped the shirt I ordered to the wrong person, meaning two people didn't get what they ordered, one of those people being me. Ended up settling for what the sent me, but it wasn't a great first experience ordering from them. Knowing I might get shipped the wrong stuff whenever I order from them doesn't give me a ton of confidence in their site.     Knoxville Tennessee location. Was going to buy $400 worth of clothes they have four dressing rooms was told my son cannot try on the clothes. The lady just walked off we was at the register. Very rude. The 2 girls working looked like they haven't taken showers ever. Very unprofessional! I called consumer service to complain, that lady was useless! If she even understood my complaint.     Ordered my daughter shoes. They sent men's size. I spoke with "support." Which was so bad! They informed me that way below the item, size, details, is a note that they only ship in men's sizes. NOT WHERE you select the size. So needless to say, my daughter got new clown shoes. And to fix, they say ship back for $7 fee. Via Fedex. With a deadline to do so. Even though they sent cheapest path they could with USPS. Which took forever. I would recommend buying off a street vendor or even the homeless before ever purchasing from PacSun.     I have seen a bunch of negative reviews and want to give my own review based off my recent purchase. I ordered 2 hats and a long sleeve on Cyber Monday. One week later, I got the package through first class mail, hats and shirts sealed in plastic bags with original tags. The quality is what you would expect with Pacsun so nothing was wrong there. My experience was just as good as any large retailer - decent shipping time, product matching what I would buy in store, and confirmation emails with tracking #. At the end of the day, I would buy again from Pacsun.
    I have ordered thousands of dollars worth of hoodies and sweatpants from these bozo's and the stuff never gets to me. It gets held up in customs and then has to be returned to PacSun because PacSun messed up the labels. I have things that I ordered over a year ago and I still have not received them. This is the worst company and customer service that I have ever had the dis-pleasure of dealing with. It won't take to much longer before they go belly up (I hope). PacSun is a total joke.
