    In November 2019 I ordered a Geometric Print V-Neck Three-Quarter Sleeve Mid-Length Blouse × 1 Red / 3XL Today 22nd January 2020 I received what was supposedly my order 1 x short black top size XL of very dubious quality material. Not only is it the wrong size and colour it bears no resemblance whatsoever to the article I ordered! These people need to be taken to task. It is disgraceful that they are allowed to continue to operate and defraud people in this way. Tip for consumers:Avoid at all cost.     After waiting almost 6 weeks for my order the size isn't true to size I'm a 20-22 and ordered a 5x and its tight. I'm very disappointed
    Placed an order for over £70 which accidentally defaulted to an old address. Spent the next 2 and half hours trying to get through on customer services only to be told that orders cannot be cancelled or changed (even though it hadn't been dispatched) and that I would be charged full price for items I would never recieve. I have never used an online company that could not cancel orders before dispatch. Money grabbing and really poor systems, should not be operating online if they do not have the systems to cope.     They make it practically impossible to return anything when you're in the U.S. They make you weigh each individual item and find a code for what type of product it is, describe it, plus more bull$hit! I can't deny they have cute clothes especially their skirt selection. But to ship to the U.S. it's almost $14, I can't afford that! I sparingly shop here only because of the high cost of shipping and knowing if I buy something I can't return it. Also their sizing is kinda weird and depends on each item. The customer service is also pretty bad and takes a long time to respond. I don't even mind the time that much, they just have never actually answered one of my questions (ever!).
    Just been in the Exeter branch today with my wife and we were both appalled at how filthy the shop was The floors looked like they had not been cleaned for months. Got to the first floor and there was a musty unpleasant smell Walked out of the shop being careful not to touch anything as we both didn't feel comfortable due to the dirt Will never go in that shop again and would urge others to do the same.     I can't believe when I sent messages through facebook as this was the only way that I got answered.     I ordered a size 8 pair of jeans from here. I couldn't pull them up my legs, so I assume I need the next size since I may have grown (I'm 14 but I shop in the adult section) I order the size 10 baring in mind I'm usually a size 8 and I swear this pair was internally damaging for me when I tried to fasten them. I've never seen sizing this ridiculous. It wouldn't surprise me if I finally found a pair that fastened nicely around my waist in size 16 but having drastically too big leg size. Please sort out your sizing new look otherwise my post office will get sick of seeing my face sending off my returns
    This was the first time I bought tank tops online. I didn't realize that they were the shorter tank tops vs. the longer ones that come down below the pockets of your jeans. These tank tops land at the top of your jeans, just below your belly button. They are great for wearing under a button up sweater or under a see-through shirt and they are good quality, however I prefer the longer type of tank top myself. It's a good thing I have a teenage daughter, because she was happy with them! Also, they run a bit smaller as other reviews have mentioned, so if you think your need a medium, get a large!
    I purchased a dress instore 40 miles from where I live. I was supposed to of been sent an E receipt. Nothing received. I tried to return to my local store twice and because I did not have the E Receipt they refused. I ex[plained i n ever received it but showed them proof of the transaction on my credit card. They told me to visit the store 40 miles away to sort out!. They also gave me a fake email address for new look help line.     I bought a pair of trousers from my local store. They were on the sale rail but when I got to the till was told they are new in, so full price. Ok. Paid full price as I liked them. When I got home I checked on line and they were 40% off. No phone number to call, chat suspended. Customer Service is less than zero. Awful. Wont shop there again.     Such a rubbish service of new look. The manager herself don't even know what is QR code and how to return the online ordered clothes.     I purchased Brand new New Look jeans through asos and after two days of wear they ripped right in the $#*!. The material is so thin and cheap that I'm not surprised at all. Definitely would never again purchase this brand. Cheap quality

    Myself and my wife arrived after 5pm last Sunday and they was approaching us straight away asking us to leave as they was closing when they should of been open to 5.30pm, guess they hate their jobs that much that they cannot wait to go home so rush customers out 15 minutes before closing.     I was bought a gift by my daughter from NEW LOOK. The gift (a jacket) was unsuitable and along with all the original packaging and paperwork I returned it to NEW LOOK for a refund. Although NEW LOOK received my item over 6 weeks ago they are still refusing to give me my refund claiming they need further information. Has anyone ever returned an item and before receiving a refund had to provide everything except your shoe size to the retailer!
