Cool stuff yes, but poor c/s. Ordered well in Advance (November) for a very special homecoming for Christmas. Order forgot to be sent along with other items and Didn't make it on time for recipient. This special person will not receive item until next return home from deployment. All cs could say was it's been packed and sent and will be here by the end of the month. What good is it for now?! Not happy with firebox. Order with caution…. Tip for consumers:Don’t order. They are quick to take your money but could give a care in the world when your order is not delivered as promised. This site can’t be trusted. I had written 3 unanswered emails, 1 unanswered FB message, you dont have a number listed for customer service that's in United States. Your site promised if I ordered on this date I'd get it by Christmas, here we are 2 days after Christmas and my order still says Confirmed... not even shipped out. Been sitting in confirmed for over 4 days. I used my credit card thank God, so I disputed my purchase and will NEVER use you guys again. Tip for consumers:Fraud site no customer service Service Shipping
Very bad customer service, not helpful whatsoever, they said they would change the address for me but sent it to the wrong one anyway even though I messaged them straight away via email and Facebook where they apparently love to speak to you, I definitely won't be using them again. Took my order 6 weeks to get to me when I was told it would take 2. They do not have a phone number that accepts calls from the united states. The only way to contact the company is through email which they barely respond to. I was about to file a fraud claim against them for ignoring my contact attempts and not completing my order, but fortunately I did not have to. Shocked that the order actually arrived.
If I can give negative stars I would. Ordered my keyboard as a gift for my daughter since January for her birthday in March. We are now about to start July 2022 and no key board. When you email customer service about a refund or status they give you the run around's and say it is on its way Well there goes $80 dollars to the trash! Don't order anything- WASTE OF MONEY YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ITEM Products used:NONE IT NEVER ARRIVED Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
    Good site. Recommended
Awful customer service. Failed a next-day delivery then didn't respond. Just avoid them as they're over priced and not worth the hassle Service Value Shipping
Order did not arrive by latest estimated delivery time. Tracking information is NOT AVAILABLE anywhere on their site. Apparently other buyers have recieved their items after filing a complaint, which leads me to wonder if this business is really legit?
U so awesum guyzz. I am impressed with the customer service they solved my query within 1 working day.
I Ordered 2 mystery box... and only one got delievered. I tried to track it but because they only delievered one, it gets marked as delievered even though only one box came when I paid for two. I left an email explaining that I never received two boxes but they never got back to me. So I wouldn't say the customer service is the best and be aware that not only you maybe don't get the best of gadgets but you also may not even get your item!
I ordered the Headcase from here as a Christmas gift on December 10th. I did not receive my order until yesterday, January 12th. When I first reached out to Firebox around 1/6 I looked up reviews for the site and my heart sank. Luckily, I paid via PayPal and I instantly filed a dispute. Customer service only communicated to me via WhatsApp, and I firmly believe the only reason I eventually received my order was because of my open dispute with PayPal. As I communicated with customer service, I requested a tracking# for my order once it was shipped, and they told me they could not ship the item with an open dispute, and if the dispute continued they would have to cancel my order. I agreed with the terms, and told them to go ahead, cancel my order and refund me. Here is where it got suspicious. As I tried to get details about cancelling and the refund, they again wanted me to close the dispute which I refused to do so. The day after I directly asked them when I could expect to receive my refund, I received a shipping notice in my email stating I'd receive my item 12/14-1/3. How is this possible when customer service told me items ordered after December 9th were not in production/manufactured until 1/6? That raised alarm bells for me and I escalated my dispute to a claim. The issue was resolved rather anticlimactically, I received my purchase. The quality is okay, and my gift recipient was thrilled. However, I will not ever order from here again due to their shoddy communication and downright suspicious activity.
Do not just do not buy! This company is a big scam. 4 presents 'lost' according to them and when I asked to redeliver they said all of them are out of stock now just a week before giving them out. Just dont buy
Good service! I have used these guys 3 times by now and everything was in order every time. Would recommend it.
Ordered a couple of items on 10/25/19. Three days later got an email saying that the package had "dispatched". If I wanted tracking numbers, I had to create an account. I created an account and signed in. It showed that I had no orders. I went back to my email and clicked on the link and it showed the order was there. I have sent numerous emails to the company inquiring about a tracking number, or an estimate as to when my package will arrive. I never get any response. I ordered these for an early December birthday and I am pretty sure it will not arrive in time, if ever. I ordered from this website because they had such unusual items and I was in need of a gift for a teenage boy and they had some unique items.
Made a purchase about 6 weeks ago, allowed plenty of time to arrive with the holidays but have not seen the item or heard back from customer service after 3 emails
I still dont have my products after 15 business days. Shipping is late... no tracking. Sent two emails to Firebox, a phone call, a same-day request for a call through their website and a Facebook messenger and zero response. Not happy.
My order stated it would take 2-4 days to arrive. Three days after I ordered the time I got an email stating it had been dispatched and would arrive between 1-3 days. Four days later I still hadn't received it. Called them & discovered there was a screw up and it had never left the warehouse. Now my Secret Santa person is getting nothing for Christmas tomorrow. Thanks a lot. Won't use again, nor recommend. Really disappointed.
I ordered their Mushions product well before the Christmas deadline and never received it. Initially when I emailed the company someone responded and offered to resend it or refund me my money. When I said I wanted a refund I have heard nothing since. I have emailed 3 more times with no response. They do not have tracking on their packages and their calling hours are ridiculous for international calls. It has now been well over a month since I ordered the package and a good 3 weeks that I have been trying to get my money back. I was excited about this product but will never again purchase anything from this company.
I'm in California and ordered a humidifier that took several weeks to receive and no tracking info. I finally received the item and it was DAMAGED! I emailed them and advised them and they said I could return it and they would refund shipping at $9 per kg. The item was 1 kg and I shipped back in the slowest, most cost effective way and the price came out to $130! Firebox refuses to refund me more than $9. I researched shipping companies and there is NO SHIPPING COMPANY that would have shipped this item to the UK for $9. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Truly excellent site! Guaranteed to find tons of gifts here! I ordered from them 4 times this Christmas and each time the item shipped and arrived in incredible time. They even threw in a free pack of cola bottle jellies :D Their website is very user friendly and professional, the products are excellent and their reviews are hilarious :) I just need to hold on until i can afford that yacht :(
My order never arrived; I asked for a refund and they refunded me only $10.00 dollars of my original $40.00 dollar purchase!
Do not order from this site. My first order went through very well and I loved the products. My second order took over 20 days to arrive and the company just told me they couldn't look it up becuase I didn't pay 30 dollars to buy a tracking number. It was late for the persons birthday I wanted to get it for, even with ordering 3 weeks in advance. So after this incident, I cancelled the two pre-orders I had waiting. The company was extremely rude about this and kept trying to go around it and not do it. They finally cancelled them and then guess what? THEY STILL TOOK MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT FOR AN ORDER THAT WASNT EVEN PLACED. They won't answer emails now and ignore them, so I'm out a good amount of money. Just don't do it. It's not worth the time, money, or frustration.
Firefox handling of this transaction certainly involved misleading and deceptive conduct and might amount to fraud. I had from them confirmation of receipt of order on 14 December AND confirmation of DISPATCH via Yodel on 15 December complete with a consignment number and tracking number as well as an estimated date of delivery being 19/20 th December. When the item did not appear I contacted Yodel who told me that whilst the consignment number had been raised, the item was not available for collection!. I then contacted the UK phone number provided by Firefox to be told that THE ITEM WAS NOT IN STOCK AND HAD NEVER BEEN!. Had I been advised that the item was not in stock (the contrary advice was provided) I would not have placed the order and would have shopped elsewhere particularly as this was a Christmas gift. By the time I finally established that the itme would not be arriving it was too late to arrange alternative purchase.
Firebox is not a web browser, just in case you thought I'd made a typo. No, it got its name as a development of hotbox.com, which began life back in 1998 when everyone thought Geocities was a pretty cool idea and people used Yahoo to search the web. Things have changed, but one thing that hasn't is the sudden spending urge people have before the holiday season, for a pen that converts into a golf club for dad, an illuminated mirror that you can thaw steak out on for mum, and a toy car that transforms into a real nuclear weapon for little Billy. Fido the dog is already looking forward to one of those collars that translates him into English and then sends messages to Twitter, but since he hasn't yet got it, nobody understands him when he asks. The rest of the family make a beeline for sites such as Firebox, which subtitles itself "amazing gifts" and which has the biggest range of stuff that you can only justify buying other people on birthdays and holidays, while you secretly hope they'll do the same for you. It's huge. It's like the toy shops of old, when you were only 5 and everything was a million times bigger than it is today, except now it's online, which does take something off the experience for anyone who can even remember toy shops. But it's presented in much the same way, with dozens of goodies on each screen, and if you want you can press your nose up against the monitor and pretend you're gazing in awe through the store window. It's not all toys, oh no. There are gifts for teenage boys (the psychedelic Underwater Disco Lightshow will go down a bomb in the bathroom, but you'll need to get rid of that odd herbal smell, later); dads will be slobbering over the Moller Skycar, which clocks in at a cool £324,000 (free shipping), and you can treat the daughter of the house to a My Butterfly, a staggeringly realistic (it says) butterfly in a glass jar, which flies around exactly like a real butterfly in a glass jar would if it hadn't died of suffocation. Lastly we come to the lady of the house, without whom the family wouldn't have been possible, but the site does find itself a little challenged to offer a major treat in this area when you select expensive gifts for her. The Power Gorilla, which does conjure up one or two potentially appealing images, turns out to be an emergency laptop battery; the "Wattson", which is for homes but not at all elementary, is a clever wireless device that tells you how much you're currently blowing on electricity; and the wi-fi bathroom scales, which store all your embarrassing data online for posterity, are going to leave a lot of mums expressing their gratitude with less than total enthusiasm. However, for just about everyone, THE gift of the entire site, transcending age, gender, sexual orientation, weight, height and income, is the USB Snakescope Camera, which sells with the slogan "Stick it where the sun don't shine". For £29.99, you get a tiny USB camera, with lights, on the end of a semi-flexible tube about 18 inches long, which you can bend around corners and insert into all manner of previously inaccessible areas. The people writing the copy for this are having a field day with it, and I quote: "Thanks to its long, robust, semi-flexible insertion tube (no s$#*!ing at the back) and adjustable twin LEDs, it can explore all kinds of difficult to reach nooks and crannies, even wet ones because both camera head and cable are waterproof. It's ideal for shoving down your plughole! " Now the bad news (heh) it doesn't work with a Mac, which makes Windows suddenly a whole lot more attractive. And you'll need to have it plugged in to a PC of some sort all the while, though being USB, that's not necessarily too much of an issue. USB cables and booster devices are widely available. And although we're not there quite yet, wi-fi USB is definitely on the cards, someday. So there you are, all sorted for Christmas this year. USB snakescope cameras all round, then. I'll leave you to explain to Granny about what she could do with hers.
