An order that should take 5 minutes takes over an hour because of multiple problems with their website!
So called customer service is more concerned with NOT accepting blame than they are in correcting the problem! Extremely immature!
Will be switching to another company!

Date of experience: December 12, 2023Purchased 1/10 and under their products it says "if purchased today will ship tomorrow" well 1/17! And I never received tracking. Reached out to customer service and as told they'd send out another package. Guess what? They didn't give me tracking for that either. Will never purchase from them again. Might have to file a dispute via PayPal.

Date of experience: January 19, 2023After ordering from them twice, once April when the weather was nice and cool, gel capsules arrived melted and stuck together. Thinking this was fluke I ordered the same product a few months later, and they arrived in the exact same condition. I submitted a complaint to customer service with no response.,
My only conclusion is that they store their products somewhere with no climate control. So even if they are selling quality products, they don't seem to be storing them properly and will arrive in a degraded condition no matter what.

Date of experience: August 20, 2022I love Pure Formulas for their quality vitamins (including Pure Encapsulations) and their decent prices. Not always the least expensive (Vitacost with a coupon can sometimes be less), but dependable and usually with very helpful reviews.
I am always surprised by how many other items they sell besides vitamins (food, hair- and skincare, etc.).
They also stack coupons.
Tip for consumers:Sales rotate frequently so check every time you shop. Use Rakuten or Honey to find additional coupon codes (but you have to enter them manually!) and get to get cash back.

Well, why it is not in my hands? They could care less and I won't be buying anything from Pure Formulas ever again. Done with this company.

Date of experience: November 18, 2022Pure Formulas located at, ******* NW 102 Road, Suite 2, Miami, FL *******, has a most unprofessional and inefficient refund policy. I used them for the first time and happy with one product but had to return another because it didn't sit well with me. I was hoping to use them again but when I returned one product, I found there is at least a three-week turnaround for my refund. First they need to receive it even though they are given notification of shipping then they quarantine it for two weeks before they release the funds. I will not be doing business with them again. There are other vitamin companies with much better customer service.

Date of experience: November 1, 2022Ordered item, received email shipped continued to check for shipping update but continually states USPS waiting for item. Sent email after a few days no response. Then made phone call and USPS has not updated will resend item. Told them to just cancel order since they never sent in first place after telling them multiple times to do that they have yet to refund my money. This company are full of thieves and is a complete scam.
Date of experience: August 29, 2023I have ordered from Pure Formulas in the past and have been very happy with them and the products. But recently, I ordered 4 products and only received 3 of them. One was on backorder, but that did not show when I ordered my vitamins. After no response with an e-mail to them, I called and got a not-so-happy member of their "Customer Happiness Team". Sorry, but it took a little complaining to him about my missing product, for him to squeak out an apology. I resolved the issue by asking for a refund, thank goodness he could at least do that - I HOPE. Sad how they have dropped the ball on customer service.
Date of experience: May 19, 2023I purchased something that I have been buying for my daughter for 2 years. I paid about $50. When it arrived, it was gummy, mushy, and different than any other company I have purchased vegan iron gummy vitamins from. My daughter cried and begged not to take it on day 2. I called and after explaining my situation, they sent out 2 more jars. We waited and were hopeful. Yet, we found ourselves in the same situation again. We still did not have the right product. I called the company and they wanted me to send back the product and waste my gas and time going to the post office. I have a job. I surely did not need to add a second one. I wish their customer service was far more understanding. I felt like I had to fight tooth and nail. What a waste of my time. I will never order from here again.

Date of experience: October 12, 2022I tried Pure Formulas years ago and ended up stopping all purchases from them because their customer service department was horrible. They continued to charge me for things I was no longer ordering and then it was like they "played dead (or dumb)" when I called about the problem. I recently started ordering from them again HOPING that they were a newer company when I'd had problems with them previously and had since worked out the kinks and improved their customer service relations. NOPE - BIG NO! They are still horrible! It's like trying to talk to a toddler about a problem - extremely unprofessional and completely ignorant…and, once again, I lose money (and time from having to deal with them). Lesson learned - Done with this subpar company!
Tip for consumers:Don’t purchase from this company! Subpar products and worse customer service - they will take your money and send you things you didn’t order and then make you waste your time trying to get your money back.

Date of experience: May 15, 2022I recived a jar of Olly Womens Multi Vitamins... they are gummies. I must add I bought them in Target and who knows they seemed fine. So now I ordered on- line... and received a jar filled with one mass of melted gummies. One large smelly lump. I called their customer service... I said I had found ANOTHER review about melted vitamins and clearly if with not just MY order this has occurred... they should not be shipped. She said well it is the summer and hot. Helloooooooo yes. SO DONT SHIP! Unbelievable response. I hope I get my money back.
Date of experience: August 12, 2022I returned a product on June 22nd and it was received by Pureformulas on June 24th. Their website promises a refund in as little as two to four hours after they receive the product. It's a lie. I've now been waiting almost three weeks and still no refund. I've called multiple times and sent multiple emails. They've made all kinds of promises but still nothing. They may be good at sending product but don't expect a refund (at least not without a lot of effort) if you try to return it.
Date of experience: July 14, 2022I ordered 2 bottles of 90 capsules and I received 2 bottles of 60 capsules. I contacted support and was told that the manufacturer had changed the bottles size. I explained that I paid for 180 capsules and that they were false advertising what you are purchasing. I asked if they could ship the additional 60 capsules (1 more new size bottle) to equal what I agreed to pay for with my purchase and I was to NO. The irony is that while you are on hold they are telling you how much they care out you as a customer.

After three conversations with their reps, I have no explanation. Very frustrating. I'm baffled why a company turns down profit. Not recommended.

I have contacted Pureformulas at-least 3 times via email with no response. I called the customer care and stayed in line for 45 min but no one answered my call. Finally someone emailed after 2 weeks saying they will ship as they can't find any shipping details! They are not at all sorry for their delay. Very disappointed. Hoping I will get my shipment soon."

After a week I contacted customer service once, twice already, but still have not received my purchase. They are very disrespectful to customers and care less for others. Please stay away from their service if you want to avoid all the headache,
Date of experience: July 14, 2021Ordered Thursday of this week and it came today (Saturday) with 2 day shipping. Not bad considering I ordered late on the actual day. No real complaints here at all. Not sure about the other negative reviews as I usually use reviews to determine if I should utilize a company or not but really needed to order something from the US and they had it. Will do business again!

The website took my order, did not send a confirmation email. The money was taken from my account.
No order confirmation. No further communication from Pureformulas. No response to emails. No sign any order has been shipped. Several weeks passed. Finally they sent me a shipping tracking code.
But this tracking code clearly states nearly that: Item is NOT in transit!
Again they started ignoring my emails.
This is the first time I've had a bad experience from any health and fitness website. Dreadful customer services. Read the reviews before ordering!

When I called there support number a rude representative stated it would take 4 to 5 days to reverse. This happened to me twice ordering from them. Do yourself a favor shop elsewhere... I have been ordering from them for about a year now and they always have free shipping along with good prices, but the kicker was that on my last order I had accumulated reward points that I could apply to my order. This made the price even better so I will always go to them first to do my shopping.

Date of experience: July 20, 2016No response to notification of non-receipt through their web site. Pure Formulas was then given five days to respond on PayPal. Eight hours after escalating to a PP claim PP reversed the charge. This strongly suggests that Pure Formulas has a history at PP. Definitely do not enter any CC or personal information on their website. Stay away!
Date of experience: April 30, 2020This company (Pure Formulas) has not been registered in the Import-One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) as other US suppliers do, so you cannot choose among delivery companies in your country if abroad. Consequently, along with taxes the sum total here might be about $10 above than the usual one after delivery. Thus, they keep their business running disregarding their customers' interests.
Tip for consumers:Generally, it's acceptable, but not good due to the lacking Import-One-Stop-Shop (IOSS) registration, which other US suppliers have. So you cannot choose among your local delivery companies that could offer either better or even worse services.
