I'm handicapped so I buy everything online. I've bought my bras online with her room for quite a long time it works out well for me and I'm able to get the same bra but I know fits every time. My experience has been good the only problem I had this last time was my address that changed and it got messed up in the system. I had to call to make sure they changed the way the address was showing. They did help me but it was not easy getting the help to do this. I was a little frustrated but my order did get to me. I'll still keep using her room for my bras.

Date of experience: October 11, 2024The garter belt is fantastic. My wife doesn't really like the thin waisted belts, preferring the wider ones. The thing about it is the garters hang lower which resulted in the stocking being lower on my wife's legs since she is short (5' 0"). Unfortunately, she didn't like how it fit her. However, this is not a knock on the garter belt at all.

I did not consider that I had lost weight (30 lbs) over the past 5-6 years and ordered (36D) so when they arrived they were a struggle to get on (body briefers). I returned them through the post office last week and feel like I need to be present to try things on in the future.

Date of experience: October 18, 2024I ordered 10 pair of 100% nylon size 5 underwear after a lot of searching and reading reviews. After placing the order and being fully charged and expecting to receive the underwear, I was notified of a lengthy delay. In other words, I was sold underwear that was not in stock! That should never happen in my opinion! When the package arrived 5 weeks later, the fit was huge so I returned all of them and had to pay $9 shipping at the post office. The entire experience was terrible.

I bought that other crap out of elastic. Well let's say DD's can't wear those. Then I found HER ROOM. OMG I am in heaven. I purchased just what I have been searching for. FOR UNDER $30.00. In every color you could imagine. There is so much more.

Date of experience: October 25, 2024I was notified 2 of the 3 bras I ordered had shipped. When the package finally arrived only 1 bra with a note the other was damaged and didn't ship. In the meantime I was charged for both. I emailed them from their website Saturday September 21st and received an automated response. The response said they would get back to me shortly. On the website I think it says within 48 hours. Nothing by Wednesday Sept 25th so I called and waited 15 minutes before leaving a message. It is now a full week and 2 days after my original email and still nothing. I am fed up and want a refund for the 2 bras that are now limbo.

I've only ordered twice from her room, but each time I am kept up-to-date when there isn't backorder and usually it is shipped earlier than stated. I have been very satisfied dealing with this company and their products are wonderful.
Date of experience: September 30, 2024I love the fact that you have such amazing filters in helping us find products by styles and sizes, and some of the most extensive product selections for lingerie on the internet. Unfortunately, the HerRoom search engine is painfully slow in loading and this makes the experience very frustrating. This is not due to slow internet or wifi on my end; I actually had my house hardwired with ethernet and don't have wifi buffering to slow my system down since my house has been wired for ultra high speed internet. I don't encounter such slow speeds with anyone else on the internet, just HerRoom, which is super slow, which is like dial-up from 30 years ago. Delivery time for my order has now now taken over 7 days from date of shipment, on top of delays for the item having been out of stock. I would have thought that the items would have been expedited since I had such a long wait.

HerRoom carries colors I just can't find in the local department stores. Shipping was fast, too! I love HerRoom and VF panties.

I never put my lingerie in the dryer so they last forever. My old ones are still OK but I wanted to get some new ones in case they weren't available any longer. I received a Message that I would receive an e-mail but it has never arrived.
I understand delays are common and are acceptable. What is not acceptable is poor Customer Service.

Not great customer service. Then after I order my ten bras they send me a text for 25% of my next order. I didn't even get my first order. Very upsetting.
Date of experience: October 9, 2024I love my Maidenform bras and Vanity Fair illumination panties, but I live in a location that doesn't sell them. I have ordered from Herroom before, and decided to try them again. I placed a large order, and was notified almost immediately that the several items were out of stock or pre-order status. No big deal, I guess. The only problem is that they held up the whole order for a few pieces. The whole order finally shipped out complete 3 weeks after it was placed. It was delivered while I was out of town, which is the reason I ordered the pieces to begin with. Hopefully the next time I need an order, there won't be such a major issue.
