We ordered items as Christmas gifts two weeks ago and they have net even been shipped yet. They don't give a crap about your customer experience and have ruined Christmas. No communication whatsoever, no updates. Don't shop here. Go elsewhere and receive what you pay for.
Tip for consumers:Don't shp here is you want your merchandise. Or, buy a size larger so that it fits you when and if it finally arrives. Shope elsewhere and receive what you pay for

Date of experience: November 27, 2024I found so many reviews on Trust Pilot for this site. I browsed through almost all of the clothes and shoes. I even saw pretty good ones! The prices are a bit high, but that should not turn you away. The price you are paying is worth it because the product is authentic, and on top of that, the shipping is fast. I am currently planning to buy something off this site. I found some good looking bags, that I would really enjoy! They are certified sellers, so try them out. I would personally buy from their website, they are legit. (Giglio.com has 9.6 stars out of 10 on Trust Pilot)

Date of experience: January 22, 2019The fact that this online retail only allows for return but not exchange is ridiculous! I ordered a pair of sandals. The size chart on the website is misleading so that I ended up ordering the shoes one size bigger than I expected. I contacted customer service. They only allow me to return and ask me to order a new pair, which means I need to pay another $40 for shipping and customs. It doesn't worth to order a new pair when the costs of the shoes is $150. You need to pray that they send you the right shoes or else you take the costs of their mistake.

Giglio claimed that I ruined original box and shoes, but I never even tried them.
They do not agree to refund me, They are fraud!
Date of experience: January 18, 2023Terrible terrible service! I bought a pair of off white shoes. Never received the email my order was shipped. They emailed me back saying they cancelled the payment and to try to purchase them again. So i did. Once i didnt hear anything about the new order i emailed them. Once again they cancelled my order and I'm left with almost 1,000 dollars of charges pending on my credit card!

Date of experience: June 20, 2022I can't speak about customer service because my experience went smoothly so I did not have to contact them. I knew the risks before buying from sites like Giglio (Cettire is a similar platform). But I was saving around $250-$300 compared to the next best price for my Stone Island jacket so I took the risk. My coat arrived in perfect condition and passed the Certilogo authenticity check. So far I'm 2/2 in successful purchases from these online stores and if the discount is big enough I will be going for #3.
Tip for consumers:Do as much research as you can to avoid relying on customer service, as most negative reviews are based on experience with customer service.

I ordered manolo sandals but additional discount didn't work for me. I tried to contact custom support in order to cancel the order and to place an order once again with the discount. I received the respond only next day after my order had been sent.
Ok, I tried to refuse to receive the parcel, but custom service wrote me that I have to pay
22% of the amount of the order (VAT)
10% of the amount of the order (Customs fees)
50.00 euro + 50.00 euro for shipping fees
What?! Really?!
Never had such situation with any other online boutique!

Date of experience: July 8, 2020I ordered a dress 2 weekend ago and they told me it s imposibile to deliver because the dress had a stain or they can make me 20 euros discount 20 euros for a dress stained without the posibilitatea to clean it! When I called Because they don t call you, you have to call to fix things... they told me I will be refunded friday and guess what I have an event next week... no dress no money... I will never order again... I recommend you to be careul with this site!

I initially ordered the boots on Italist but since I found it cheaper on GIGLIO, I returned them and paid 32€ returns fees for nothing! GIGLIO waited 3 whole days to announce me they can't sent it because it's out of stock whereas they initially responded about a coupon on my order and never told me the item was in fact not in stock! I returned my order on Italist for nothing, paid 32€ as a result, thinking there was no chance they will cancel out of the blue, days after I placed my order…
I scrolled the reviews and notice GIGLIO cancel a lot their orders, especially items on sale. A retailer who cancel that much and has inventory and stock issues is not trustworthy. As a customer, I don't want to pay for an order and the retailer cancel it regularly many days after I placed it.
It was my FIRST ORDER and my LAST. Don't bother to order on this website, they are not serious. A NIGHTMARE experience.
