    I specifically ordered a Stone Cottage set because that name brand has fit my bed the best ever! The order says "Stone Cottage", but I received a knock-off! Sending back today! Very disappointing!
    I bought a duvet, it redefines the word CHEAP! Ok, maybe my idea of quality and someone else's differ, but I'm sure we'll all agree to buy something new you'd bare minimum expect the stitch marks to align! Really?! Site states "Easy Returns" NOT TRUE! They want you to FIRST get an RMA# (whatever that is) off the website. To get that number you need to enter your Order #. Of course the system wont find my order #. So I cant even return the product yet! Beware, buy from this site at your own risk as it appears it's set up to STICK you with the product. Like the other reviewer said having issues returning something. It "appears" to be set up to Time You Out. This way while you jump through their hoops to return the product, Uh Oh too late for you!
    Can't get a live voice to handle my return. It has been over 30 days since I shipped my return and I received an email that it is being processed. Slow response. I tried contacting the corporate office and left a voicemail, still no response. I only get a live person if I call to place an order (big surprise)
