    I used them in the past and remember I had good experience. Other reviews saying they went downhill are right! I bought sandals for $70 and I had to pay $13 to return because they didn't fit (reviews said they ran half a size big which I found to not be true). Not worth the hassle or discounts. You can find the same products at the same prices elsewhere with better customer service and better return policies.     I've made several orders from 6pm and it's great unless you need to return something. I just returned some shoes that cost $20 to ship back. You have to be pretty confident that you won't return or the discounts aren't worth it. I would reserve for known sizes and apparel that you know won't be uncomfortable (like you've tried on elsewhere). Also shipping itself was nearly $15 which is a lot when you are used to Amazon or Zappos.     I bought a pair of boots for $136. They were uncomfortable and I needed to return them. I've purchased in the past from 6 pm and I remembered return shipping was deducted from my refund and it was reasonable. Anyway, I printed the return shipping label and dropped it off at the post office only to discover I had to actually pay out if pocket for the return shipping. The cheapest option was $26.     While the amount of time allowed for a return is fine, the cost of shipping the returns, especially shoes can be very high. I boxed up my returns (2 pairs of jeans and two pairs of shoes) and my husband mailed them from the post office. 6 pm does not offer a return shipping option you can purchase from them. The cost to ship my returns was close to $60. I never imagined it would cost that much or would have tried to find a better deal. If you know you will keep your purchases then buying from 6 pm is fine, or if you are savvier than I am at finding cheaper return options, you'd probably be fine, but be aware it can be insanely expensive to return items especially shoes. I'm in Australia and I had bought from them several years ago without a problem, but this time my wife and I both had our orders rejected due to their "Fraud Checking" system which apparently marks all international cards as possible fraud.     I ordered a few items, within the next few days I canceled so I never received the items... the order came up to $400 so a significant chunk of change. Waited 2 weeks, didn't get the money back. Called customer care they said I needed to wait a while month, so I did. Called customer care they said they didn't charge me, I told them repeatedly that I didn't receive the money and they treated me like I was lying and of course they were in the Philippines so there was also a communication issue, language barriers. They referred me to my bank, luckily I have a great credit union, they disputed it with the company spreading them that I did not get my money back. Huge pain. I've spent thousands with 6pm over the past 15 years and it's sad that they've turned into such a shady company that lost its local customer care team. They used to be awesome! I've found that they have one of the wider selections of any website, both in terms of style and (very importantly!) sizes, and their prices are frequently among the best for any given style. That alone would keep me coming back, but they've also always been very prompt when it comes to shipping, which I appreciate.     I purchased a pair of shoes. It was on processing for 2 months. So I called customer service. They were all in Jamaica. They tried to cancel without saying sorry. I wanted to talk to a supervisor in USA. But they said no more in America even though it is based on America. I paid it on $92 on sale. But after waiting 2 months I should buy $195 on regular price! Bit they ignored compensation. Supervisor is in Jamaica. So they don't try to fix problems and don't care customers' inconvenience.     Although 6pm is owned by Zappos, which has outstanding customer service and a free return policy, 6pm requires you to pay for return shipping.     I had a very bad experience for the first time. I didn't receive my jacket and a bag for my Mom's birthday! I was expecting the parcel in 5 business days as the website says. So I never received it until now. Customer support confirmed that they did not deliver the package to ME and refused to return my money back. I think I would never recommend this site to anyone.     I generally don't fill these out but I've had a wonderful experience with this company. I was sent merchandise that was slightly defective (difficult to tell until you put them on as they were vibram 5 fingers) and I got an almost immediate response from customer service. They resolved the issue right away and credited me for the item. It's tough because they do not offer exchanges, as many have mentioned, but the customer service I've experienced is far superior to most online companies.     Huge selection, amazing prices, quick delivery of orders. Unfortunately, the Uggs I ordered at a reasonable price, and then quickly received, ended up fitting weirdly (fur-lined in the front half, heel area NOT fur-lined, which made my heel slide up and down in the boot with every single step. Painful.) I knew I had to return them, and really hated having to pay return postage, but figured out it's better to lost out on $12 postage than the $100 for un-wearable boots. The point here is that if the returns were free, like virtually every other high volume shoe website, I'd simply have ordered another pair of boots, and would definitely be a regular return customer to 6pm.     I have received my order CK flat on time however the shoes look like they have been used! It has a lot of scratches and the leather looks like its been pulled off and the bottom of the shoes are very dirty!
