They make customers jump through hoops to return faulty, expired, defective products that they seem to repeatedly send out. These are high end products; everyone should do themselves a favor and purchase from reputable retailers who protect their customers if things go wrong. As a result, a month later, you receive the same products and of course, your credit card (which they took care to register without your permission) is charged! My bank credited me the amount but it took a lot of work to put together the complaint file, send the evidence documents and it was only 3 months later that I was reimbursed And we're talking about 170 dollars!...which is quite significant!
