I ordered several pieces for my store at wholesale pricing. The pieces were poorly made and ill fitting. I asked for a return or exchange for something else as everything was still in its original plastic and packaging. They said they do not accept returns in any way. I asked for the literature that states that and my rep said there isn't any. Very unprofessional company. I will not be using them any more. Service Value Shipping Returns Quality

The package cost to me more expensive, than there are trousers, I simply paid for a box! Why you send such huge boxes? Such impression that people who don't think work for you which do or it is possible to call it on other in the worst form... Your shop repeatedly sends huge boxes, and in a blank space is filled with paper. You what has no small boxes for trousers, for example, or at least for any accomplice? I won't trust, it is ridiculous! How many I order, and I buy goods which there are a lot of years from America both other countries and such aren't present at anybody except your shop dared to send to trousers in a box from under TV! Who of you is competent from such questions, who of you the chief manager of shop to solve at last this problem? I send you pictures which I took record on deliveries of this package, I arrived behind a package and saw its sizes, knowing it in this box only trousers... Even employees of urgent delivery burst out laughing and were also shaken. This derision... I not once wrote letters with requests for that the shop didn't send me huge boxes instead of small boxes in compliance to the ordered goods more, to me answer as electro - robots that we aren't responsible for delivery. Customer service this shop, proves to be very badly! Thus that I ustomer service, prove to be very badlybuy in this shop not once and repeatedly send in huge boxes!
The worst experience ever! Don't recommend to anyone! Ordered in November, paid 170 pounds and have not received anything! I emailed so many times asking for my money back, but I was told that I have to go an look for my parcel by myself. And that they will not return me the money cause they need to get the parcel back first. But it is not my problem if their shipment got lost somewhere, why do I have to pay for it? The worst online store! And the staff is extremely rude! Stay away Service Value Shipping Returns Quality
2012 "I have had good results with this site and good interactions with customer service last year. I have seen sites decline when they get to popular, and I hope this has not happened to Juicy. I bought four very expensive Juicy bird items and they were just as pictured, and I have spent way too much on 50 charms. I have been lucky and everything was right. The stores are very nice and try to offer great customer service. I had very good shopping experience with juicycouture.com which is the only real site." 2019; This is not the same company, therefore, not the same quality or sales satisfaction "On October 7,2013, Fifth & Pacific, Inc. announced that they would sell Juicy Couture to Authentic Brands Group for $195 million. In June 2014 the company was reported to be closing all its stores in the United States, with the closure expected by the end of June 2015." Not the same company! From 2012. I placed imagines of my items which are good quality and as seen in pretty little liars

Beware Juicy Couture. The employees there will steal your credit card information. Even some of the phone representatives working for Juicy Couture lie.
I ordered a wallet on the Juicy Couture website (to ship internationally to Australia) as my wallet was falling apart and I badly needed a new wallet. I was hoping to have it in time for an overseas trip (to America). 20 days later I still have not received it. Juicy Couture has advised they use a 3rd party to ship their items and they can see it hasn't moved in 13 days. At this point there is no estimated date it will arrive. I will not be in Australia when the item finally arrives, which will create problems for me, and more issues in receiving my delivery as my post office will only hold if for a short time before sending it back. I will be overseas for 3.5 weeks. Further, I will have to buy another wallet as I have no way to store my money/credit cards whilst travelling. I've asked Juicy Couture if I can possibly return the item for a refund, as I will have to buy a wallet elsewhere. JC customer service rep (named Nikko) advised they will not offer an exchange or refund as the item was on sale. I appear to have no recourse. I don't think this is an acceptable level of customer service and I'm quite disappointed, as I have always loved this brand.
In October My bf ordered me a black purse and matching wallet. Juicy sent me blue purse in wallet. Two months ago I noticed that the purse and wallet started unraveling in several places. I contacted customer service and they requested pics. I have tried to send requested pics over a dozen times and keep getting a failure notice. I called customer service again and was told that their is nothing wrong with their e-mail. You would think something that costs so much would be guaranteed by it's company. I will buy coach from now on. Forget this nonsense. This is ridiculous.
Rip off by Juicy couture and their business partner borderfree. I would like to share my sad experience about the JC customer service and how they handle the problem. I order JC pant on their website, applied the promo code of 30%, the total price after deduction was 32,71 euro ( ship internationally to Europe) when I proceed with the order, the new window pop up on the website, it was from a borderfree company, but in this window where I supose to complete my oder, the price was without any discount, on top of this high price was the shipping charges based on the amount of the high item price, and at the end the borderfree company calculate not the 30% discount but only 20%! Which make the total amount higher then it was in the beginning when I was placing my order. When I contacted the JC customer service, I've got on the line Dave, he was kind enough and promised to solve the issue as soon as I will place the order and provide him the order number to refund the difference. I agreed and proceed. One day later no news from juicy couture, I decided to contact JC customer service regarding the current situation with my order and how to get the correct price. I got a rep from JC customer service, her name was Chelsey, she refused to give me her surname and kept me on hold for 40 min! The phone call from overseas of 40 min! Finally when I got connected to a superviser Ivan, who was $#*!y and arrogant the problem was not solved, insted I was adviced to cancell my order without compensating my phone costs and time which I spent on a very lousy and rude JUICY COUTURE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I don't think this is an acceptable level of customer service and I'm very disappointed. Never ever again I am gonna buy JC.

Since I was told by the Customer Service Team at Juicy Couture.com that they are unable to provide the name and address of the CEO of Juicy Couture, I did some research. I found that Juicy Couture has been sold to a Company called ABG (Authentic Brands Group) and that James Salter is the CEO and they are located in NY. It seems that Juicy Couture is now going to be sold out of the USA in other Countries. I imagine since they have been sold to ABG, that that is the reason for the cutback with providing NO BOXES and having the jewelry shipped to the American Consumer, like Myself, in bubble wrap. Pretty bad in My opinion... Juicy Couture pulled in over 200 million dollars in sales in the last year. Not bad, for a Company who refuses to ship boxes now with the jewelry.
Really incompetent customer service. Two items in my order arrived damaged, and I was told that I could return them and that I would not be charged return shipping. However, two weeks later when my refund was processed I saw that they had deducted return shipping from my refund. I have had to call back 7 or 8 times in the span of a month, and each customer service representative has assured me that the return fee refund was "being processed". Eventually I found out that there was a "hold" on the refund. I asked to speak to a manager several times, and there was never one available to speak with me. I put in a request for a callback twice, and I never heard anything. I still don't have my refund, but I am now being told that there is no hold on it. On top of it all, a few of the people that I spoke with were rude and snippy. I have spent a lot of money at this store over the years, but I will not shop here again. It's not so much the $8 return shipping fee that's bothering me. This store clearly doesn't care about providing good customer service, and just views its longtime customers as cash cows.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Its actually comical at this point. I am still waiting for a refund of $15.16 as they sent me something in the wrong color FOUR MONTHS AGO. I called them to have them send the correct one and the wrong one was sent again. I called to speak to a manager who was disgusting and unhelpful. They first send me a gift card (right, like I would shop there again!), I asked for a refund. Back and forth, phone call after phone call, promises that it would be processed and then it never got processed because there were problems with my credit card, I had to call over and over for a number of different reasons, lets just say I received about 4 gift cards over the course of this experience, all after they assured me I would receive the refund. I have spoken to managers who were all a bunch of b*tches! Worst customer service experience ever. And guess what, still no refund!
I really like the smell of this brand of perfume idk which ones are my favorite lol everytime i go to smell them at macys they always smell so good
I have ordered 3 things from Juicy Couture before. The latest shirt I ordered was on their new site, and it was a quick and easy process. I like the way the site is organized, and my shirt showed up pretty darn quickly, and with free shipping. I think the best part about the site though is they have free returns too, so there was pretty much no risk in trying the shirt. It fit perfectly though so no need to return. This is a fun site to shop!
They will not ship out or process the shipment until 7 business day later, and also 1 of the item in my order is out of stock and it is still not ship yet... what a joke... still don't know if they are going to ship it or not but my card is charged!
I am officially done shopping with juicy couture online. I am loyal to other sites and receive great product quality as well as excellent customer service. I decided to try out Juicy Couture hoping I could add this site to my list for my daughter and myself. On several occasions I have ordered when they offered some type of special promotion and on most occassions I eventually received an email saying that my order has been cancelled because the items are no longer in stock. Well if the items were not in stock when I ordered them then WHY are you offering them on your site? Why not say they are backordered? They do offer backordered items but this was not the case with the items I attempted to order! I refuse to believe that this company is so ridiculously unorganized or that their tracking system is off. It is very unprofessional and their customer service reps are not helpful at all either! I received the items that were not on sale in those orders so I am starting to believe this is a marketing ploy to get customers to order. I do a lot of online shopping and I have never experienced this before. When I place an item in my shopping cart and pay for it, I expect to receive that item unless it is a noted backordered item! Oh and not to mention another time while I was shopping with Juicy online, my entire shopping cart was emptied right before I headed to checkout. Luckily the items were still available and I proceeded to put them in my shopping cart for a 2nd time BUT a week later I received an email stating that my order was cancelled because the items were no longer in stock. I'm DONE!
I placed an online order directly from Juicy Couture's official website -- www.juicycouture.com -- about a month ago. When I received my package, I noticed that the pants did not look anything like the photo on their website. I brought the pants to the local Juicy Couture store where the saleslady confirmed that they were not Juicy Couture brand at all. I immediately contacted their online customer service to notify them of their mistake. They told me they were sorry I had received the wrong item and that I could return it. I shipped the pants back with my return form, on which I stated that they were NOT the Juicy Couture pants I had ordered, and in fact, not even Juicy Couture brand at all. Someone named "Lisa Smith" had the nerve to ship them back to me with a sloppy hand-written note stating, "NOT A JUICY PRODUCT" and did not process my return as promised. I had to file a credit card dispute to get my money back. To this day, Juicy Couture still won't acknowledge the fact that they made a mistake in shipping a NON-Juicy product to me. Either someone in their returns department doesn't carefully check people's returns and accepted the pants that were eventually shipped to me, or someone in their shipping department stole the pants I ordered and shipped the no name brand pants to me. Their "customer service" is a joke. I have already filed reports with the BBB and FTC and wanted to warn any other consumers so this never happens to anyone else.
