I'm really disappointed that the product I ordered well in advance is now two days late. No tracking number so I can't query FedEx. This is a birthday gift and if it doesn't arrive today, I will go ballistic.
Date of experience: December 5, 2020Placed an order 12/26/20. Charged immediately, yet never received order. Followed up 3 times since then with NO response. Status says items are backordered, yet I can go to their website and order them now and it says "ships same day". Feeling like they are a scam, wishing I had seen all these horrible reviews before placing my order. Off to contact my credit card company... :(

Date of experience: March 6, 2021I spent over $450 on a Voice Caddy. They charged my CC, and even provided a USPS tracking number - which never went beyond 'a label has been created' (red flag). Called them multiple times and got conflicting answers as to the status of my order. Called them to cancel, which they said they would, but did not. Quickly had my CC provider cancel the transaction. I wish I had gone with my first instincts "if it looks too good to be true it probably is", because it is!

I have spoken with 2 people and they were going to do an inquiry and email me back. Go elsewhere as I have done. Called again today to cancel my order. No call back as of yet. Will be calling my credit card company momentarily.

Date of experience: January 15, 2021I placed an order for an item that they stated was in stock on December 6th. I received an email stating that they received my order and no other correspondence. It is now the week of Christmas and the present I ordered from them will not be received. I tried to contact them because that had (allegedly) the same item in stock in a different color. They never picked up their phone. Sent me a refund of my money with no other correspondence. BAD Service
Date of experience: December 21, 2020Ordered a Bag Boy Compact golf cart on 5/8/2020. When ordered it said in stock. After placing the order received an order confirmation that then said product backordered with an expected shipping date of 8/2020. It is now Jan 2021 and after several attempts at contacting this company I have not heard one word from them. Now when I look up the status of my order it doesn't exist. I am resigned to the fact that I got ripped off $219.95 from In The Hole golf... What a real $#*!ty thing to do during a real $#*!ty time in all our lives.
Tip for consumers:NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCUM AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED

Date of experience: January 18, 2021Went on website to buy a few items and found that most items out of stock, the problem being they should say out of stock on the first page but it doesn't you have to click on the item to find out... total waste of time. Then after you order something 3 days later they send me an email stating all the products I ordered are guess? Out of stock.
Date of experience: August 23, 2022I purchased an item on 12/4 and it was charged to my credit card. I received the order confirmation but no other correspondence. I began emailing and leaving voice messages on 12/14 and never received a response. On 12/21, I finally called in and someone answered the phone. I was told they should be able to get it to my by Christmas and they would send me tracking info. I never received tracking info and called back on 12/22 and they answered again which was unexpected. They sent me tracking info but my order will not be here until 12/29. They did not even ship it until 12/22,18 days after they charged my credit card. I will never, ever order from this business again.

Date of experience: July 3, 2023Ordered a golf bag pull cart which did not arrive within expected ship date of 10 days. Tried multiple times to contact customer service leaving multiple messages and sending multiple emails yet no response. Finally I contacted the BBB. The next day they answered the phone I canceled the order. I never received a refund yet one month later the golf cart arrived: BROKEN! This was a product defect with a broken screw on the handle. Despite this I was told to take pictures so a UPS claim could be filed.

Product was NOT released into Australia so after weeks / months of searching and contacting the manufacturer and retailers ITH Golf were kind enough to stay in touch, alert me to availability, and promptly arrange sale and delivery. Price was excellent, and ESPECIALLY International shipping to Australia was best in market. I can only offer praise and support for this company and its team. My sincere thanks

Date of experience: May 17, 2021I ordered a golf glove in July glove did not arrive in three weeks and I sent an email with a photocopy of the invoice asking to please contact me concerning any difficulty they were having delivering the glove. I sent a second email, I called, never receiving an answer And left a voicemail message and emailed once again. It is now November the glove is never arrived and I cannot get anyone to contact me.

This was ordered May 27th! I still have not gotten anything! Not happy at all! Will never buy from this company again! Im out $800!

Order confirmation received but the club was never delivered. I wrote more than 10 emails to therm to see what is going on and they NEVER ANSWERED!
It may be a fake company.

Date of experience: August 21, 2018I ordered a golf accessory from this company because their website showed a ship date at time of order that was 20 days after the order was placed. A week after the ship date shown at time of order entry, there is no update on their website except "backordered". I sent two emails to the *******@intheholegolf.com address with no response. All I wanted was an update of some kind on what the manufacturer says is the new ship date. As other reviewers have noted, they immediately bill when you place the order, not when the order ships. If I get the product or a response, I will amend this review to keep it fair and accurate.

Ordered on September 25th. Two weeks went by. Nothing, called customer service ( what a joke)! Was told what I ordered, 300.00 golf bag, was no longer available in that color. Was sent three new options. Picked one with in the hour via email. Received email back. Would ship right away. 1 week later, no shipping info yet? I emailed same person to cancel my order, also called and left a voicemail to cancel my order to customer service( what a joke)! No response from any one. Next day sent another email, asking to please respond to my email ( is that to much to ask?). Meanwhile, found one locally, husbands Birthday present, needed it now!
4 days later received an email from someone else, good news your item shipped. Emailed them back within a minute, I CANCELLED THIS ORDER! They responded, with, when, how, did I get a confirmation! LOL! Responded with all my emails attached. No, I did not get a confirmation, because no one would respond! Have yet to receive a response to that email.
Then two days later, package arrives! Oh, then I have to pay $71.00 to ship back my package and to get my refund. We shall see how long that takes!

Date of experience: October 26, 2020Ordering was easy and received a quick confirmation. Two days later received email with shipping info and tracking number. That's the only good things I can say about them. My tracking number link took me to UPS but email stated being shipped USPS. Which I confirmed by checking tracking number. USPS said Label created and awaiting package. This status never changed for 3 weeks plus. With multiple attempts of contacting customer service and never received a reply. I then received email 30 days after ordering asking to confirm receiving order and rate transaction. Again replied to customer service with screen shots of the USPS status which hadn't changed and asked about the order to be cancelled at this time. Again another week and no response. That's when I started trying to find ways to report them for fraud or something. Luckily I found out since I paid threw PAYPAL I was able to dispute the charge and order and after another week I finally received a refund threw PAYPAL.
I would not recommend buying anything from INTHEHOLEGOLF.com
Tip for consumers:Don't use this site. ZERO customer service was my experience.

Date of experience: October 2, 2021I ordered a simple charger, it took weeks to receive only to find it was the wrong one. They said they would send the right one but did not. After following up again with them they said they would send it and that no one did the follow up the last time I called. I asked why it wasn't sent after the last call and I was asked, "have you heard about Covid?" These guys are expensive, glib and unreliable. A bad combination.
Date of experience: May 27, 2020I placed the order on the 3rd of December, did not receive any confirmation that the order was received until December 9th when I had to send an email asking for update. On the 11th an email was sent informing me that it was processed and shipped. The item was received around the 14th or 15th. I was hoping to get it sooner, as it was a gift. I ended up ordering the newer model from Swing Impact, and it only took 3 days, and the newer model works as explained. This one, I have to loosen it up even more, to where the threads are showing to even get it to "click". As I result, I would like to find out how to return this item.
