After three days they sent me an email stating that the bank had not authorized the payment and it would be refunded. Instead they refunded me 12 euros (rather than the 669 owed). When calling them they said that it was "a scam booking" and they did not have to refund the total amount. They said that they still have the payment on their side but would simply not refund it and that I would need to do a chargeback with the bank. When I reached out again, I was told I would not be refunded the EUR 228.00, again I said then provide with a boarding pass or refund. Finally, after going back and forth I was told that my ticket was never changes and that I would be refunded however, to date I have not received my refund.
