I went back to store with receipt the girl at the store said that because they have been used she couldn't do the return even with a receipt! I emailed them the flight tickets with check-in done and also the hotel booking as I was in Singapore for work at the time and the customer service at Tommy said it is not their fault if the courier did leave the parcel in another place or it got lost. Contacted the courier and they kindly replied that as a recipient I cannot send a claim and it is the sender/retailer that has the responsibility to do it. Contacted Tommy customer service again and they said the case is closed and they don't want to deal with this if I wish to bring my case further to report it to the local police. This is the lowest customer service ever and I will not recommend to anyone to buy from them ever as if the items get lost they disappear as they don't have the ability to deal with people. Such bad customer service, and also rude and disrespectful. I want to go further with this as the parcel is lost and I want my money back. Has anyone had a similar experience? They are labeled the right size but they are very small. I just donate them but this time I really wanted the shirt so I called the company to reorder at the same price that I paid for it and they said no. They would refund me then I had to pay a higher price because the sale was over. I think that is a scam. They send unsatisfactory merchandise that I donate which saves their company money because they do not have to pay to pick it up and then they want me to pay a higher price to get the same shirt in the right size. I order online all the time and have never had a company do that. I will never order from this company again.The last purchase at TH was puffer. However, I usually come over the "sale" section to search for some interesting stuff. It's a pity sometimes there is a truly colorful and good-looking thing like shirt, but my size is unavailable. I don't basically complain about it, because I know what sales serve for, so I just search something in the section with typical to TH prices. They aren't high, they are average, but for the quality you receive buying stuff from Hilfiger, it's the best on the market in my opinion.
