QualityI followed suggestion of ordering up, but shoes were still too small. An email to customer service got me a replacement pair for the cost of overseas shipping only. We'll see when they get here... As a follow up, I received the shoes and have since donated them. The pain after wearing them for one night at my part-time job was so bad, I wasn't sure I'd be able to get to my car. Was almost in tears. Save your $ and buy American products. Replaced shoes that were too small “at no charge” (had to pay international shipping) and provided advice on sizing.
