    They wouldn't reimburse me for a pair of shoes I had returned. They accused me of wearing them! What? You are suppose to try the shoes on to make sure they fit before purchasing
    After 14 emails, the customer service for this company is beyond bad. Their personnel either can not read or does not have a grasp of the English language. They kept asking me the same questions, to which I had replied in prior emails. Their only solution to sending me the wrong size, color shoe and an accessory that was used (it was nasty and had obvious signs of being worn and broken) was to offer me a 5% credit. At this point I rather not take their lousy 5% and instead find any site i can post a complain about this company. They can keep their 5%! Tip for consumers:That although I paid for shipping the order was not sent out in the time promised. When it did arrive the entire order was wrong. They do not list a phone number to contact them, only email and they don't answer right away. They discourage you from sending items back by telling you that most items sent back to them get lost in transit and then they only offer you a 5% credit to keep the order that you can not use.     Returning shoes turned out to be an ordeal, requiring HOURS on hold. It was very frustrating. Now, when I click unsubscribe, I get an error message every time. So I keep getting their ads in my email. I will never use this site again
    Promptly received my order; however, when realized I needed different size, it was IMPOSSIBLE to print my return label! Sent emails to customer service with no response and called 3 times, with a total hold time of 1 HOUR, without ever speaking to anyone! Also, they basically force customer to exchange unless you want to pay $8.50 restocking fee. GO WITH ZAPPOS!     SHOES.COM has the most unjust, worst customer service you could possibly receive. Buyer beware! If you buy from them and the shoes don't fit, they charge a restocking fee unless you buy another pair. So I did buy another pair, sent the first pair back, and they have refused to give me my money back! My son wore them for less than an hour to see if they would work and they were too tight. So they say they are "worn". WORST COMPANY EVER! I'm making this public so share it, folks. They are awful!
    I used to get great discounts and could find any shoes I needed. Now, and maybe it's since Walmart sold their stake in the company, I can't get a good price or good selection.     I ordered a pair of shoes after my wife had used this website with good results. The shoes arrived in a few days, but sadly, they did not fit well, so I requested a return label, only to find out there is a $6.95 restocking fee. This place is owned by Walmart (which if I had known, I wouldn't have ordered because I don't shop there ever). Surely, at a time when it's not safe to go shopping, Walmart can afford the $6.95. Won't make this mistake again. I'll stick with Zappos.
    I wish I checked here before spending my hard earned money here. I am out $100 because they sent me the wrong shoe size and then "lost" another pair. I received a non-functional tracking number and any time I have tried to request more details, I am given an automatic fake email reply.     Ordered two pairs shoes 5/31. My credit card was charged on 6/1. Kept checking their online order status, and it would always say "in transit, tracking pending." Contacted customer service three times over a week and a half, and did not receive any reply except the autoreply. Tried to call the company and could not get through (it hung up as soon as I started "waiting.") The only positive is that they did refund my money, but I didn't know that until I started to dispute the charge, because they never communicated with me. Other than that, worst online shopping experience ever.
    The last time I bought shoes was 2 years ago from shoes.com. What shocked me is that I got text message alert saying that "shoes.com charged me $1" on January 29,2021. At first, I thought I lost my credit card and called discover and told them to deactivate my card and filed dispute. So. Today I found my credit card in my car and it makes me realized that "shoes.com" is the one who charged me $1. I know it just $1 but I don't like being scammed. Scammer! Beware!     This company is the biggest scam I've ever seen. I ordered a pair of shoes, and immediately got an email confirmation for the wrong size. I then turned around and emailed customer service immediately asking that they correct the error. I received an email back the next day from "Jenna" in customer service that stated she would be checking with the vendor to correct that and getting back with me. Fast forward a week later, with no communication, I receive a shipping confirmation for the wrong size. I reached out again via email (their phone lines are not working right now), and never heard back. Once I got the shoes in (3 sizes too small) I once again reached out that they needed to correct this, as I would not be repaying a stocking fee. The online email I got back was a generic "return your shoes here," with no other help as to getting the CORRECT size. I have since processed the return, and emailed, Facebook messaged, called, and have had ZERO commutation back. I will be calling my bank tomorrow.     There was a discoint for a shoes manufactured in 2018, I did purchase them and in less than a month with normal usage, they damaged.     We ordered shoes from Walmart not realizing the shoes where coming from shoes.com. WalMart lost two of the items ordered from the cart. When we enquired about the sneakers we ordered weeks later we found the were delayed again do to the wrong address. That's odd given we received items from Walmart a week before from the same order.     I have reached out 6 times now and no response. No email after purchase, no status update, no tracking number, nothing! Why are these businesses allowed to stay active and continue to do this to us? Everything else in this world is monitored or shut down if it is breaking the law, so what about protecting the consumer a bit more - especially when there are so complaints.
    I bought a pair of running shoes but they rubbed a blister on my heal. Sometimes it does take a bit to break in shoes so I put on thicker socks and kept on but after a month, I was still getting a blister and called to get an exchange and they wouldn't do that since the shoes were not in new condition. There website says they guareentee happiness but that is a farce! Will never buy shoes from this company again and will let everyone know how bad it is!

    I purchased a pair of boots and they came with the zipper broken. I tried to print a return label and site said to write to customer service that return labels was "not working". After multiple emails requests for a return label, they finally sent one. I ordered another pair of boots. When we got them they didn't fit. I wanted to return them for a different style. After 10 days and multiple requests for a return mailing label... no reply. I can't return the boots w/o a return label. There is no alternative but to keep boots that we can't wear.     I would stay away from ordering shoes from this website strictly because of their return policy. Not only do they give you just 14 days to return your purchase for a full refund vs. a store credit you'll only have 5 days to ship the product back once you receive the return authorization number (which I applied for only two days after receiving my boots). It cost me $24 to ship the boots back. I'll stick with Zappos thank you.
    This site and this company sucks, big time. Ordered the same pair of shoes 3 times. The first 2 times my account was credited back the purchase price WITHOUT EXPLANATION. The third time it seems to be going through, however, only time will tell. Their customer service phone line has been terminated and the recorded message asks that you send an e-mail. Did that twice, no response to either. Not a good business model and I doubt that I will use this company again.     Never pay by credit card, only use pay pal. You will have protection if they don't ship the order. After asking pay pal to return the money to me ( 12 days did not send the order), for the first time they (Shoes.com) answered me that they could not send the order and would return the money.     I've been getting bombarded with email offers for many months from shoes.com. Lots of spam mail. When I tried to use a sale offer, it wouldn't work. I tried 3 different ones and none of them worked. Even the ID ME offer didn't work. I noticed that the discount percentage would change as it went along as well. Since I need new shoes, I didn't really care about a sale offer but since they offered one but didn't honor it, I'm not doing business with shoes.com now or in the future. Looks like they spend most of their time on marketing and not customer service.

    Had ordered several pair of shoes from this company over the years. Didn't have a problem until I went to return a pair of Rockport Sandals. The heel was too high and they were painful. Returned them immediately only to be told that they had been "worn". NO I tried them on for maybe 5 minutes to see if I could handle the heel. They tell me the shoes are shipped directly from Rockport so they have no idea the condition of the shoes that were sent. After doing a bit of research I see that this is a common problem. Nothing like being called a liar and having to pay for an expensive pair of shoes that I can't wear.
