    Do NOT buy from Romwe! If I could give them negative stars, I would. I spent almost $200 worth of clothing, and none of them arrived even though my order status says delivered. I contacted customer service, but they didn't respond. I thought it would be okay to order from them because of all the social media posts I've seen with people supposedly wearing Romwe clothing, but I was sorely mistaken. This feels entirely like a scam, and I suggest you spend your money elsewhere instead of risk losing your time and money for nothing in return. Totally not worth it!     I ordered several items and was hoping to receive them by a certain date but only two items came early. I am very satisfied with the items. I also contacted customer service and asked about delivery and my other package saying it was shipped but no tracking number provided. Within 24 hours I have a tracking number and a link that works. It appears i will receive my other package on time as well. So far I am pleased with purchasing from Romwe.
    Ugh! So disappointed :( I spent 40 dollars on clothes that I needed for a special event and never got any of it... I ordered weeks ago and they marked it as "been shipped out" just so I can't cancel the order. I go onto Usps and it says it hasn't even been shipped out to their building. I've emailed many times and get no response. Don't buy from here they just want your money.     Based on some of the reviews I saw, I didn't expect much. I saw this site and naturally did research to make sure it was real... and the results were 50/50. A lot of people said the site was bad and slow, but it's actually good. I used the chat twice and both times were equally helpful. The clothes were in perfectly good condition, fit fine as I used the size chart. Pleasantly surprised.

    My whole order was literally in terrible shape, nothing came in the size stated and even if it did the measurements were completely off. Then on top of that my skirt and bikinis were damp inside the romwe clear bags and they smelt like mildew. Absolutely disgusting.     Pros: -I live in Australia and I received my order within a week of ordering, which was great! -The clothes were all pretty good and matched the actual sizing charts -They looked identical to the photo displayed Cons: -They had a very strong chemical smell when first out of the package (but went away after a wash) -A couple of the shirts felt like swimming clothes fabric, but nothing too drastic.     Update: So Romwe did answer answer my inquires through customer service and they also reached me through my email. They refund me what I pay for customs and Im so happy now The products were great, they all fit me perfectly and they arrived so fast. Dont hesitate to buy and if you have a problem they will find a solution for you! I placed my first order and chose standard shipping to Nicaragua, that was the only option Romwe offered me. Now Im being charged customs fees even though the website mentions you will only be charged customs if you choose express shipping. My order was sent through express shipping I guess, because it was DHL. But I didnt ask for that. I wanted the standard shipping I chose because I know customs is really expensive here in my country. Now DHL is telling me I have to pay over $50 and my order was just $90. Im so mad and sad at the same time. I already tried reaching them through customer service, but I didnt get a response. On their website the protocol for receiving the wrong item was to contact an agent but they provided no email or person to reference to for this issue.     I had a purchase that was supposed to be delivered to a Suite # but the delivery people left it at the front door outside at a business. I contacted both the delivery people and Romwe to try and resolve this and nothing has happened. I always put the Suite # on my deliveries and have never had this happen before. Now I am out the money I paid and the clothes I purchased.     I bought 3 swimsuits from ROMWE, order: GRWMXR*******S5. I made sure to get a large for all 3 bathing suits. I looked at the size charts for each as well. I received them today, and they tops were all too small. I left on the sanitary stickers and repackaged them. But, unfortunately, the site says I cannot return the swimsuits. But I am very unhappy paying for products I'm not satisfied with.
    I placed an order 7/28,3 weeks later no shipping indication and I am not able to track this at all! No customer service, I emailed them no reply. It will be a month and nothing received.     Recently wrote a review about receiving the wrong item that I ordered, and ROMWE promptly responded and refunded me for my trouble without having to ship the swimsuit back. I appreciate their customer service with the issue.

    ROMWE is very good@ enticing online shoppers to spend money, the 'catch' is, they are AWFUL@ any kind of Customer Service. Good luck trying to return items & keep in mind the customer pays for shipping it back! I have about as good a chance to place a call to 'OZ' & get the Wizard to actually answer.     I ordered three items for my daughter on May 20th. All items finally arrived June 7th. One item was out of stock, which I didn't know until I checked the status several days after ordering. My entire order was held up waiting for my response. I requested a refund of the out of stock item and asked the other items be shipped. The refund process is inconvenient- you request the refund, wait two days, and then have to go back into the site to release the funds as originally paid. One pair of pants arrived DAMP and reeks of mildew. Terrible experience. Update: I was contacted by Alexis at Romwe customer service after I rated my experience. I was issued a full refund for my items within 24 hours. She was prompt, courteous, and professional.     Order placed in early May - says shipped on ROMWE but tracking ID has been sitting in PRE-SHIPMENT since May 7th. I don't believe there's any intention by ROMWE to send the items we've paid for. There is no customer service and there is no way to get a refund. There's no physical address on their site and no one responds to emails. These guys have a class action in their future, if they don't take their money and run first.
    Ok so I ordered 10 items of clothing from romwe 2 weeks ago. They were seperated into two packages 9 items in num 1 and 1 crop top in package 2. Package 2 came a couple days ago and I really liked the shirt. I have been waiting for package 1 but unfortuneately on the romwe site, whenever I go to "my order" then "shipped" It gives a notification thingy that says "Failed! Please try again later" And it's been like that for several days. I literally have all bars of internet and everything else works fine.     I ordered a load of back to school stuff i think it was 1y ago and it was a total of 119 dollars and my order never came i waited and i even called after it went past the number days it said it was supposed to came they said it would take 7-10 business days to get my money back which i never did so my experience on this app sucked especially since that was my first time ever using Romwe and since then last, i'm glad someone at least picked up the phone.
