I paid $36 for "2day fedex" needing FRONT DOOR delivery, not shipped to parcel lockers. They took my $36 but shipped USPS Ground Advantage which dumped my order inside a parcel locker where it sat 2 days before someone could retrieve it. No response to complaint/refund demand. RIP-OFF! After serval try's with different openers, I cut the lid with a knife. The inner seal was stuck to the lid.after all the trouble. My cat want eat them, just smells and walks off. So I have 60 chews that I can't use. With a damaged lid don't think Pet Smart will refund my money. Will not recommend buying this product. It smells like a cattle cake (pellet) you feed cattle.Horrible customer service, they just want your money they don't care about your pets. (You have to start using it BEFORE a flea infestation) This is a chemical-free preventative. It doesn't kill fleas, it makes your pet a less appetizing target. As a result, fleas won't want to hitch a ride into your home. Oh, and there is a bonus domino effect, my super-sensitive indoor cat has been scab-free for the first time in years! Instead they shipped the normal version of the food, my dog is allergic to grain and so the food was useless. I called Customer Support and they assured my they would send out a replacement bag that same day. Three days later, I still had no food and no shipping tracking number. I called them up and it turns out nobody had shipped it out! They assured me they would send it out that day for next day delivery. The next day I received the wrong food again! They sent chicken and not buffalo! Apparently nobody who works in their warehouse can read the front of a bag, or check a UPC code! Three screw-ups for one order! From a very young age she has been in and out of vet's with blood tests seeing specialists even a MRI at six months old:( They told me she would never walk, and would probably die before she's five. That wasn't going to happen on my watch. I started surfing for all the info i could get on this disorder and found out most of the seizures our pets suffer from are behavioral seizures. That can be treated natural EASESURE five drops in the morning meal and then again at night. She has know idea she even took anything. NO SIDE EFFECTS! *phenobarbital*@#! And other pharmaceuticals.
