Product quality is great. I never had an issue with their products and usually use Nars for my everyday makeup. I usually recommend them for almost everything with makeup applications. When that didn't arrive, I chatted again and was told I'm my notes that a supervisor declined the request. 30 day policy for holiday shopping is unrealistic. I didn't realize there was no record of that. Soooo, it appears that I'm out almost 50 bucks and I don't think I'm ever getting it back all because I was sent a USED product. Nars the multiple stick is extremely versatile and a staple! Only criticism I have is their foundations and primers no longer suit my skin, too reactive and they no longer do the beautiful single and high pigmented eye shadows.
